Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii, przedstawiajacej widok kilofka z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze kilofek sztygarski jest w postaci oskarda, skladajacego sie z metalowego obucha w ksztalcie pojedynczego ostrza, stanowiacego zeleziec oraz drewnianego, smuklego styliska, na koncu którego obuch ten jest osadzony. Koniec styliska zakonczony jest metalowym trzewikiem. Obuch oskarda i trzewik styliska sa w kolorze zlocistym metalicznym, natomiast stylisko ma kolor naturalnego drewna.F o t . The essence of the industrial design is the novelty of the object, manifested in its shape, line layout, surface properties, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows a front view of the pickaxe. The essential features of the industrial design are that the foreman's pickaxe is in the form of a pickaxe, consisting of a single-bladed metal head, constituting the iron, and a slender wooden handle, at the end of which the head is mounted.
