Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie zmierzajacym do celów estetycznych i nadajaca mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Wózek wedlug wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. jest fotografia wersji glebokiej wózka, ukazujaca go w widoku z boku, fig. 2 fotografia wózka w wersji spacerówki, ukazujaca go w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 ukazuje wzajemne usytuowanie zamków wewnetrznych i zamków zewnetrznych na scianie bocznej wózka w wersji spacerówki.Wózek dziecinny wedlug wzoru zdobniczego sklada sie z podwozia w postaci ramy nosnej zaopatrzonej w rekojesc i wspartej na czterech kolach oraz z nadwozia. Nadwozie wózka w wersji spacerówki ma siedzisko skladajace sie z ramy w postaci dwóch wygietych w palaki podluznie polaczonych w czesci dolnej podnózkiem. Do podluznic sa przymocowane za pomoca nap boki czesci tapicerowanej siedziska. Boki obicia wzdluz odcinków przypadajacych na ple- cowa czesc oparcia maja zamki zewnetrzne i zamki wewnetrzne. Materia obi- cia zamknieta miedzy elementami zamków wewnetrznych i elementami zam- ków zewnetrznych ma forme fragmentu harmonii z krawedziami rozchylajacymi sie ku górze. Nadwozie wózka w wersji wózka glebokiego ma sztywny palak przechodzacy wzdluz krawedzi otworu budki i laczacy ja z krawedziami górnymi gondoli. W czesci srodkowej krawedzi otworu budki znajduje sie otwór przykryty patka. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since August 9, 2000, with priority from February 29, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a stroller. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form, manifested in its shape, aimed at aesthetic purposes and giving it a new and original appearance. The stroller modeled after the design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 is a side view photograph of the deep version of the stroller; Fig. 2 is a side view photograph of the stroller version; and Fig. 3 shows the relative positions of the internal and external locks on the sidewall of the stroller version. The stroller modeled after the design consists of a chassis in the form of a supporting frame equipped with a handle and supported by four wheels; and a body. The body of the stroller version has a seat consisting of a frame in the form of two longitudinally curved arches connected at the bottom by a footrest. The sides of the upholstered seat are attached to the side members using press studs. The sides of the upholstery along the sections at the back of the backrest have external and internal zippers. The upholstery material, enclosed between the internal and external zipper elements, forms a harmonious fragment with edges that flare upward. The stroller body in the deep stroller version has a rigid beam that runs along the edge of the hood opening and connects it to the upper edges of the carrycot. A stroller consisting of a chassis in the form of a supporting frame provided with a handle and supported on four wheels and a body, characterized in that the body of the stroller in the pushchair version has a seat consisting of a frame in the form of two longitudinally bent arches connected in the lower part by a footrest, wherein the sides of the upholstered part of the seat are attached to the longitudinally by means of press studs, furthermore the sides of the upholstery along the sections falling on the back part of the backrest have external and internal locks, while the upholstery material, enclosed between the internal lock elements and the external lock elements, has the form of a fragment of an accordion with edges flaring upwards, as shown in figs. 2 and 3.
