Portfel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 23 kwietnia 1999 r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest portfel wykonany ze skóry lub tworzywa sztucznego, skóropodobnego przeznaczony do przechowywania dokumentów, pieniedzy, kart kredytowych, telefonicznych, itp. Znane sa portfele o róznych ksztaltach i wielkosciach, skladajace sie z okladek wyposazonych w kieszenie oraz liczne przegrody. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, ukladzie linii oraz poszczególnych elementów tworzacych portfel. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia zewnetrzna powierzchnie portfela po rozlozeniu wszystkich segmentów z uwidocznieniem kieszeni umieszczonych na skladanym do wewnatrz segmencie, Fig.2 pokazuje wewnetrzna powierzchnie portfela po rozlozeniu wszystkich trzech segmentów z widocznymi kieszeniami i przegrodami, Fig.3 przedstawia portfel po wewnetrznej stronie po zlozeniu segmentu skladanego do wewnatrz., zas na Fig.4 i Fig. 5 pokazano widok wewnetrznej strony portfela po rozlozeniu wszystkich segmentów.Zgodnie ze wzorem portfel o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu stanowia trzy skladane segmenty kazdy o ksztalcie prostokata. Dwa sasiednie segmenty portfela stanowia dwie okladki, w których wzdluz linu równoleglej do dluzszego boku usytuowana jest przegroda tworzaca dwie wewnetrzne kieszenie, natomiast w innym segmencie znajduja sie wzdluz dluzszego boku dwie kieszenie, zas na zewnetrznej kieszeni prostopadle do niej nakladkowo umieszczone sa prostokatne kieszonki, jedna nad druga, o krawedziach otworów usytuowanych równolegle do krótszego boku. Wewnetrzna strona portfela sklada sie z trzech segmentów. Okladka zewnetrzna skladanego do srodka segmentu wykonana jest z przezroczystego materialu i tworzy kieszen z zewnetrzna powierzchnia segmentu, jeden z segmentów po stronie wewnetrznej posiada podluzne dwie kieszenie, przy czym na kieszeni zewnetrznej ulozone sa przegrody podluzne ze scietym jednym narozem tworzace kieszonki, a takze jedna dodatkowa kieszen prostopadle usytuowana w stosunku do kieszeni podluznych i kieszonek. Segment portfela po stronie wewnetrznej posiada podluzne trzy kieszenie, z tym, ze srodkowa kieszen ma dwa sciete do wewnatrz naroza oraz na zewnetrznej powierzchni kieszeni tego segmentu zamocowana kieszen zamykana klapka, korzystnie klapka z zatrzaskiem. Ustawienie poszczególnych segmentów we wzorze moze byc w dowolnej kolejnosci. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since April 23, 1999. The subject of an ornamental design is a wallet made of leather or leather-like synthetic material, intended for storing documents, money, credit cards, phone cards, etc. Wallets come in various shapes and sizes, consisting of covers equipped with pockets and numerous compartments. The essence of an ornamental design is the new form of the object, manifested in the surface shape, arrangement of lines, and the individual elements that make up the wallet. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the outer surface of the wallet after unfolding all segments with visible pockets placed on the inward-folding segment, Fig. 2 shows the inner surface of the wallet after unfolding all three segments with visible pockets and compartments, Fig. 3 shows the inner side of the wallet after folding the inward-folding segment, while Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show a view of the inner side of the wallet after unfolding all segments. According to the design, the wallet with a shape close to a cuboid consists of three foldable segments, each in the shape of a rectangle. The wallet's two adjacent segments consist of two covers, each with a divider along a line parallel to the longer side, creating two interior pockets. Another segment features two pockets along the longer side, while the outer pocket features rectangular pockets perpendicular to it, one above the other, with opening edges parallel to the shorter side. The wallet's interior consists of three segments. The outer cover of the inward-folding segment is made of a transparent material and forms a pocket with the outer surface of the segment. One of the segments on the inside has two longitudinal pockets, while the outer pocket has longitudinal dividers with one beveled corner forming pockets, as well as an additional pocket perpendicular to the longitudinal and inward-facing pockets. The wallet segment on the inside has three longitudinal pockets, with the middle pocket having two inward-facing corners, and a pocket fastened with a flap, preferably a flap with a snap, is attached to the outer surface of the pocket of this segment. The individual segments can be arranged in any order within the design.
