Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac aparatu telefonicznego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów.Aparat telefoniczny wedlug wzoru jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny aparatu telefonicznego w widoku z góry i z prawej strony, fig. 2 - aparat telefoniczny w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 3 - aparat telefoniczny w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 4 - aparat telefoniczny w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - aparat telefoniczny w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - aparat telefoniczny w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - aparat telefoniczny w widoku z dolu. Aparat telefoniczny przewodowy z reczna sluchawka ma wedlug wzoru swoja powierzchnie obslugowa, zwrócona ku uzytkownikowi, pochylona i lekko wyoblona. Po lewej stronie tej powierzchni obslugowej znajduje sie w stanie nieuzywania sluchawka reczna telefonu. Na prawo od wglebienia dla sluchawki aparatu umieszczone sa na powierzchni obslugowej: klawiatura wybiercza, pole napisowe jak równiez dalsze elementy funkcyjne. Powyzej klawiatury wybierczej, skladajacej sie z klawiszy, rozmieszczonych w czterech poziomych rzedach i trzech pionowych szeregach, sa przewidziane na przedluzeniu pionowych szeregów klawiszy trzy dodatkowe przyciski funkcyjne. Na prawo od klawiatury znajduja sie na przedluzeniu dwóch górnych poziomych rzedów klawiszy dwa dalsze przyciski funkcyjne. Klawisze obydwóch zewnetrznych pionowych szeregów klawiatury sa, na kazdym ich skierowanym na zewnatrz obrzezu, uksztaltowane w przyblizeniu pólkoliscie. Powyzej klawiatury wybierczej i dodatkowych przycisków funkcyjnych przewidziane jest, jako umieszczone na jej przedluzeniu z pewnym odstepem, pole napisowe. Pole napisowe posiada dwie kolumny, kazda z piecioma wierszami. Nad nimumieszczona jest listwa z symbolami. Po obudwu stronach pola napisowego znajduje sie obok kazdego rzedu przycisk funkcyjny, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fig. 1 do 6. Na spodniej stronie aparatu znajduja sie nózki do stawiania jak równiez gniazdka przylaczowe dla aparatu telefonicznego i przewód przylaczeniowy dla sluchawki, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fig. 7. The subject of the ornamental design is a telephone device comprising a body in the shape of a cuboid and a handset. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the telephone device, manifested in its shape and arrangement of elements. The telephone device according to the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the telephone device from above and from the right side, Fig. 2 - the telephone device from the right side, Fig. 3 - the telephone device from the left side, Fig. 4 - the telephone device from the front view, Fig. 5 - the telephone device from the back view, Fig. 6 - the telephone device from above, Fig. 7 - the telephone device from below. A corded telephone with a handset has a user-facing, tilted, and slightly curved operating surface. To the left of this operating surface, when not in use, is the telephone's handset. To the right of the recess for the handset, the operating surface contains the dialing keypad, the text field, and other functional elements. Above the dialing keypad, which consists of keys arranged in four horizontal rows and three vertical rows, three additional function keys are provided, extending the vertical rows of keys. To the right of the keypad, two further function keys are located, extending the two upper horizontal rows of keys. The keys of the two outer vertical rows of the keypad are roughly semicircular on each of their outward-facing edges. Above the dial pad and additional function buttons, a text field is provided, positioned as an extension with a certain distance between them. The text field has two columns, each with five lines. Above it is a strip with symbols. On both sides of the text field, a function button is located next to each row, as shown in the attached figures 1 to 6. On the underside of the device, there are stand-up feet, as well as connection sockets for the telephone set and a connecting cable for the handset, as shown in the attached figure 7.
