- 1 - SUSZARKA DO BUTÓW Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest suszarka do butów, która moze stanowic zarówno element instalacji centralnego ogrzewania jak i samodzielne urzadzenie. Z polskiego opisu wzoru uzytkowego nr W- 1 11865 znana jest suszarka do butów, która zawiera pozioma cylindryczna obudowe wsparta na nózkach i zaopatrzona z jednej strony w nagrzewnice zas z drugiej strony w wentylator. Natomiast na górnej czesci powierzchni obudowy znajduje sie szereg dysz w postaci rurek, na które naklada sie suszone buty. Do obudowy, na pionowych slupkach zamocowany jest takze poziomy drazek do zawieszania na nim ubran. Z kolei z opisu ochronnego wzoru przemyslowego nr Rp-13226 znana jest suszarka do butów, która ma postac pionowo ustawionej, prostokatnej ramy zaopatrzonej od dolu w nogi zas od góry w wytwornice ciepla polaczona z pionowym elementem ramy. Natomiast do poziomych elementów zamocowane sa skierowane ku górze skosne rurki, na które naklada sie suszone buty. Suszarka do butów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie ksztaltem, ukladem linii i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku zbiorczym i obejmuje cztery odmiany, przy czym: • fig. la przedstawia suszarke do butów wedlug pierwszej odmiany, w widoku aksonometrycznym, • fig. 2a przedstawia suszarke wedlug drugiej odmiany, w widoku aksonometrycznym,• fig. 3a przedstawia suszarke wedlug trzeciej odmiany, w widoku aksonometrycznym, • fig. 4a przedstawia suszarke wedlug czwartej odmiany, w widoku aksonometrycznym, Dalsze figury poszczególnych odmian zawarte sa na dodatkowych arkuszach, przy czym numer danej figury zaczyna sie od numeru odmiany, zas wystepujaca po nim litera oznacza dalszy widok tej odmiany, i tak litera „b" oznacza widok z góry, „c" - widok z przodu, „d" - widok z boku zas „e" widok aksonometryczny od dolu. Pierwsza odmiana suszarki przedstawiona jest na figurach 1a-1d. Suszarka ma postac pólki utworzonej z rurki (10), której konce (11) wygiete sa pod katem prostym ku dolowi i zakonczone sa lacznikami (12) do wlaczenie suszarki do instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. Rurka (10) sklada sie z czterech prostych i równoleglych do siebie odcinków (13), lezacych w jednej plaszczyznie i polaczonych ze soba kolankami (14) w jeden ciag. Uklad rurki (10) przypomina obrys litery "U", przy czym koncówki (11) znajduja sie w górnej czesci obrysu. Poszczególne odcinki (13) oddalone sa od siebie o ta sama odleglosc i sa polaczone sa ze soba elementami dystansowymi (15). Suszarke mocuje sie do instalacji lub/i do pionowej sciany tak, aby byla ustawiona poziomo. Suszone buty ustawia sie na rurce (10), zwykle podeszwami do dolu. Druga odmiana przedstawiona jest na figurach 2a, 2b, 2d i 2e. Suszarka sklada sie z rurki (17) wygietej podobnie jak rurka (10) w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym konce (18) wygiete sa pod katem ostrym ku dolowi. Rurka (17) oparta jest na dwóch wspornikach (20) a na niej spoczywa kratka (21) zakonczona u dolu listwa oporowa (22) tak, aby suszone buty nie zsuwaly sie z suszarki. - 2 -Trzecia odmiana przedstawiona jest na figurach 3a-3d. Suszarka sklada sie z rurki (24) wygietej podobnie jak rurka (10) w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym - 3 - prostym ku górze. Nadto zewnetrzny odcinek (26) zaopatrzony jest w dwie stopki (27), do podpierania suszarki o podloge, zwlaszcza gdy suszarka jest zamocowana tylko do przewodów zasilajacych. Czwarta odmiana suszarki przedstawiona jest na figurach 4a-4d. Suszarka ma postac pólki utworzonej z rurki (29), której konce (30) leza w jednej plaszczyznie z pozostalymi elementami rurki (29), przy czym odleglosc pomiedzy pierwszym odcinkiem (31) a drugim odcinkiem (32) jest znacznie mniejsza niz odleglosc miedzy drugim odcinkiem (32) a trzecim odcinkiem (33), która jest równa odleglosci pomiedzy trzecim odcinkiem (33) a czwartym odcinkiem (34). CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Suszarka do butów charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada postac pólki utworzonej z wielokrotnie wygietej rurki, której konce posiadaja laczniki. Rurka sklada sie z czterech prostych i równoleglych do siebie odcinków polaczonych ze soba kolankami w jeden ciag i przypomina obrys litery "U". Pólka wedlug pierwszej odmiany jest plaska i jest ustawiona poziomo. W drugiej odmianie pólka lekko opada w dól, zas na rurce zamocowana jest kratka. Polish utility model no. W-1 11865 describes a shoe dryer that comprises a horizontal cylindrical housing supported by legs and equipped with a heater on one side and a fan on the other. The upper surface of the housing features a series of tube-shaped nozzles onto which the shoes to be dried are placed. A horizontal bar for hanging clothes is also attached to the housing on vertical posts. Industrial design no. Rp-13226 describes a shoe dryer that has the form of a vertically oriented, rectangular frame equipped with legs at the bottom and a heat generator connected to a vertical frame element at the top. Attached to the horizontal elements are upward-facing diagonal tubes onto which the shoes to be dried are placed. The industrial-style shoe dryer is distinguished by its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The subject of the industrial design is presented in a collective drawing and includes four varieties, wherein: • fig. la shows a shoe dryer according to the first variety, in an axonometric view, • fig. 2a shows a dryer according to the second variety, in an axonometric view, • fig. 3a shows a dryer according to the third variety, in an axonometric view, • fig. 4a shows a dryer according to the fourth variety, in an axonometric view, Further figures of individual varieties are contained on additional sheets, where the number of a given figure begins with the variety number, and the letter following it denotes a further view of this variety, e.g. the letter "b" denotes a top view, "c" - a front view, "d" - a side view and "e" an axonometric view from below. The first variety of the dryer is shown in figures 1a-1d. The dryer is a shelf made of a tube (10), the ends (11) of which are bent at right angles downward and terminated with connectors (12) for connecting the dryer to the central heating system. The tube (10) consists of four straight and parallel sections (13), lying in one plane and connected by elbows (14) to form a single continuous length. The tube (10) is arranged in a "U" shape, with the ends (11) located at the top of the outline. Individual sections (13) are spaced the same distance apart and connected with spacers (15). The dryer is mounted to the installation and/or to a vertical wall so that it is positioned horizontally. The shoes to be dried are placed on the tube (10), usually with the soles facing down. The second variant is shown in figures 2a, 2b, 2d, and 2e. The dryer consists of a tube (17) bent similarly to the tube (10) in the first variant, with the ends (18) bent at an acute angle downward. The tube (17) is supported by two supports (20), and a grid (21) rests on it, terminating at the bottom with a retaining strip (22) so that the dried shoes do not slide out of the dryer. - 2 - The third variant is shown in figures 3a-3d. The dryer consists of a tube (24) bent similarly to the tube (10) in the first variant, with the ends bent straight upward. Furthermore, the outer section (26) is provided with two feet (27) for supporting the dryer on the floor, especially when the dryer is attached only to the power cords. A fourth variant of the dryer is shown in figures 4a-4d. The dryer has the form of a shelf made of a tube (29), the ends (30) of which lie in one plane with the remaining elements of the tube (29), wherein the distance between the first section (31) and the second section (32) is significantly smaller than the distance between the second section (32) and the third section (33), which is equal to the distance between the third section (33) and the fourth section (34). ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The shoe dryer is characterized in that it has the form of a shelf made of a multiple bend of tube, the ends of which have connectors. The tube consists of four straight, parallel sections connected by elbows and resembles the outline of the letter "U." The shelf in the first version is flat and horizontal. In the second version, the shelf slopes down slightly, and a grid is mounted on the tube. The shelf in the third version has feet and the connectors are located in the middle of the shelf's length, while in the fourth version, the ends of the tube are straight.
