Shoe (1) comprises a sole (4) consisting of an outsole (2) connected to an insole (3), an upper part (5), and a ventilation device for the shoe interior (6). A foot bed insert (7) formed by at least one molded layer (8) and arranged in the shoe interior has in a heel region (16) a pump chamber (17) opening into the insole and in a front region (25) a ventilation zone (27) connected via at least one flow channel (30). The pump chamber is fluidically connected via an inlet opening (20) to the atmosphere surrounding the shoe.
