SPOSÓB WYTWARZANIA CIENKOŚCIENNYCH RUR CIŚNIBNIOWYCH,METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THIN WALL PRESSURE PIPES,
Z WŁÓKNA CIĄGŁEGO NASYCONEGO LBPISZCZEM Z ŻYWIC SYNTBTYCZNYCHMADE FIBER FILLED WITH SYNTBTIC RESINS
The present invention relates to a method of producing thin-walled continuous fiber pressure pipes saturated with a synthetic resin binder. A method for producing pipe fittings is known from Polish patents No. 83 861 and 99 621, consisting in the use of continuous glass fiber saturated with a binder, wound with a bidirectional cross weave with an appropriate angle, whereby the applied glass fibers are forced to align parallel with the contour of the core by means of additional fibers. . The described methods meet the requirements of tightness of shaped products while maintaining the ratio of the internal diameter to the wall thickness not higher than 16: 1. In the case of thinner walls, caverns formed by the crossing of fibers and in which air is closed play a dominant role. In the thin wall of the package, such caverns create point weaknesses or even channels causing leakage. Moreover, the intersections of the first bundles laid on the core form point hard beads on the wall inside the pipe and the jumps between them are reluctantly filled by the adhesive, as a result of which the interior surface becomes roughened.
Przy wykonawstwie rur o długości większej od szerokości zespolonego agregatuThere is also known from the German patent description No. 2,401,664 a method of producing pipes made of glass fiber reinforced polyester resin. The essence consists in constantly pouring a wide web of polyester resin on the rotating core forming the inside of the pipe, at the same time constantly pouring dry, chopped fiberglass onto the resin layer being formed, and at the same time continuously melting the chopped fiber by pressing it with a specified amount and a specified spacing of parallel, dry filament bundles · This fiber is also built into the resulting laminate and at the same time causes the removal of air from the elements brought in by pressing, dry chopped fiber. Continuous and simultaneous build-up of all components on the core continues until the assumed wall thickness is achieved. When producing pipes with a length greater than the width of the combined unit

149 812 wylewania żywioy, cięcia i nasypywania włókna oraz układu prowadzenia wiązek włókna opa eowująoego, następuje osiowe przemieszczanie się rdzenia i agregatu względem siebie. After pouring out the elements, cutting and pouring the fiber, and the fuel fiber bundle guiding system, the core and the aggregate move axially in relation to each other.
The essence of the method according to the invention consists in the fact that a uniform layer of hardenable plastic mass, affinity to the fiber and binder, is applied directly to the surface of the winding core, and then a predetermined amount of filament is wound with a cross-weave, and then by a layer of fiber wound with high tension circumferential circumference, a radial pressure is exerted causing the as yet uncured plastic mass to move deeper into the wall of the bundle, to the voids at the intersection of the bundle.
Sposób według wynalazku zapewnia całkowitą likwidację kawern i uskoków powstających podczas nawijania krzyżowego, poprawiając znakomicie szczelność i gładkość powierzohni rur wykonanych sposobem według wynalazku.Example. On the surface of the tubular winding core, a uniform layer of hardenable plastic mass with the density of putty, for example Epidian 5 epoxy resin filled with talc, is applied directly to the surface of the tubular winding core, and then the first layer of glass fiber impregnated with Epidian 5 epoxy resin is wrapped with a cross-weave. with a high tension, a thin layer of peripheral fiber, which exerts a radial load due to the displacement of the uncured underlay plastic mass into the wall of the bundle, into the voids at the junction of the winding glass fiber and displacement of the air from the caverns. The method according to the invention provides complete elimination of cavities and faults arising during cross-winding, greatly improving the tightness and smoothness of the surface of pipes made according to the invention.
