CELOWNIKVIEWFINDER
The subject of the invention is a surgical device, hereinafter referred to as a sights, for use in orthopedics and traumatology, in particular for the application of external fixators and limb lengthening devices. Sights in the form of a plate or cube with through holes are known and used when putting on external stabilizers. They are characterized by the fact that they do not allow precise insertion of the implants into the bone fragments, which makes it difficult, sometimes even impossible to establish an external stabilization.
1 przedstawia rzut piono wy celownika, fig. 2 - rzut poziomy celownika, a fig. 3 - przekrój poprzeczny A-A przez celownik. The sight according to the invention, consisting of plates with through holes, is characterized in that the plates are mounted on sliding blocks placed on the guide. The advantage of the sight consisting of the above-mentioned simple parts is the fact that it is easily disassembled, which makes it easier to keep it antiseptic. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in the embodiment, in which fig. 1 shows a plan view of the viewfinder, fig. 2 - a plan view of the viewfinder, and fig. 3 - a cross-section A-A through the viewfinder.
Wszczepy te blokuje się w płytkach 5, 6, 7 i 9 za pomocą tulejek kołnierzowych 8 oraz pokręteł 10.The guide 1 has a cut 12 into which a bar 2 with a scale 13 is pressed. The cubes 3 slide along the guide, they are locked on the guide 1 with a knob 4. The sliding cubes 3 are attached with screws 11 to plates 5, 6, 7 and 9, depending on the need and at the operator's discretion, having through holes, first for inserting the instrumentation necessary to make a hole in the bone, and then for introducing bone implants. These implants are locked in plates 5, 6, 7 and 9 by means of flange sleeves 8 and knobs 10.
