Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest szczotka napowietrzajaca stosowana w biologicznych oczy¬ szczalniach scieków, dostosowana wielkoscia do wymiarów zbiornika, w którym pracuje.W znanych i stosowanych dotad szczotkach napowietrzajacych zespoly napedowe skladajace sie z reguly z silnika elektrycznego, reduktora i sprzegla umieszczone sa na zewnatrz rowu cyrkulacyjnego w specjalnym przedziale napedowym wykonanym przewaznie z betonu. Dla obs¬ lugi tych szczotek w znanych rowziazaniach konieczne jest zapewnienie pomostu dla obslugi i wykonanie toru jezdnego dla wciagnika.W rozwiazniu znanym z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 143 182 rama nosna wykonana jest w postaci dwóch kolumn rurowych pionowych wspartych —jedna na obudowie urzadzenia, druga zas w oprawie lozyskowej, polaczonych górna belka rurowa. W rozwiazaniu tym zespól napedowy umieszczony jest wewnatrz bebna lopatkowego, który w jednym koncu posiada pierscien, w którym umieszczony jest walek obrotowo ulozyskowy w obudowie lozyskowej spoczywajacej na podstawie, zas w drugim koncu bebna osadzonyjest kolnierz, w którym umieszczone jest sprzeglo uchylne, laczace beben z walkiem silnika napedowego.W rozwiazaniach tradycyjnych oczyszczalnia musi dla kazdej szczotki posiadac na zewnatrz rowu cyrkulacyjnego przedzial dla umieszczenia napedu szczotki i oddzielny torjezdny wciagnika i pomost obslugowy.Celem wynalazku jest zmniejszenie gabarytów ogólnych oczyszczalni przez zdublowanie funkcji poszczególnych elementów wyposazenia i obslugi szczotki napowietrzajacej, a dzieki temu eliminacje przedzialu napedowego i torujezdnego dla kazdej szczotki. Known and used so far airing brushes, drive units consisting of an electric motor, a reducer and a coupling as a rule are located outside the circulation ditch in a special drive compartment made mostly of concrete. In order to service these brushes in the known solutions, it is necessary to provide a platform for the service and to provide a runway for the hoist. In the solution known from Polish patent description No. 143 182, the support frame is made in the form of two vertical tubular columns supported - one on the device housing, the other in a bearing housing, connected by the upper tubular beam. In this solution, the drive unit is placed inside the paddle drum, which has a ring at one end, in which the rotary-bearing roller is placed in the bearing housing resting on the base, while at the other end of the drum there is a flange with a tilting clutch connecting the drum with In traditional solutions, the sewage treatment plant for each brush must have a compartment outside the circulation ditch for the brush drive and a separate traction track and a service platform. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the overall dimensions of the sewage treatment plant by doubling the functions of individual elements of the equipment and servicing the brush, and this eliminates the drive and track compartments for each brush. This was achieved in such a way that the brush, according to the invention, has a drive unit placed inside the drum, and all its elements by means of brackets are attached to the support frame, which dimensions are adapted to the dimensions of the sewage treatment plant, and at the same time is a running track for the assembly trolley, equipped with in chain hoists and supporting structure for service platforms. The brush drum is in the form of a tube, in part between the fixed bearings, and above the dismantled drive elements - to enable repair and maintenance, without the necessity to pull the drive brush2 149 059 out of the circulation ditch. The entire length is fitted with paddles, covered with arched segments. The frame of the brush is made of C-profiles connected at the ends by pipes and is supported on screw elements enabling its leveling. The invention is illustrated in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the aerating brush, and Fig. 2 - a cross section. The aeration unit consists of a support frame 1 made of C-profiles connected by pipes 2 supported on screw elements 3 enabling its leveling, to which the drive elements are fastened by means of brackets 4 and 5: one side of the gear motor 6, coupling 7 and thrust bearing 8, on the other side the second bearing 9 is fastened to the bracket 5. The brush drive is fastened to the drum 10 consisting of a pipe between bearings 8 and 9, which is fixed, and in a part above the drive unit - removable. The blades 11, radially positioned on the drum, on the outside are covered with arched segments of the covers 12. The load-bearing frame 1 with the service platforms 13 on the outside, constitutes a track of the assembly trolley 14 equipped with a chain hoist 15. Proprietary claims 1.
