Poj emnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 29.03.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik imitujacy wodospad o wielu progach wodnych, przeznaczony do dekoracji wnetrz. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i plaszczyzn powierzchni czolowej oraz w ksztalcie bryly pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na zalaczo- nym rysunku, na którym fig.l i fig.2 przedstawiaja odmiany pojemnika w widoku ukosnym. Od góry doprowadzana jest woda, która splywa pc progach wodnych plaszczyzny czolowej. Reflektor dodatkowo wzmacnia efekt zalamywania sie swiatla wprzelewajacej sie kasakadowo wodzie. The subject of the ornamental design is a container imitating a waterfall with multiple water steps, intended for interior decoration. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the container, manifested in the arrangement of lines and planes of the front surface and in the shape of the container body. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show variations of the container in an oblique view. The container, according to the ornamental design, is profiled in the shape of a cuboid, slightly tilted backward and placed on a base 1. The front surface of the container has a series of parallel incisions and protrusions 2, and at its base is a light source 2 in the form of a reflector, located in the base. Water is fed from the top and flows down the water thresholds of the frontal surface. The reflector further enhances the effect of light refraction in the cascading water. In a variant of the design, the side surfaces of the walls are profiled in a wavy manner. PL PL PL
