W konsekwencji okladzina o grubosci na wysokosc nita pozostaje nie wykorzystana.Takie konstrukcje wymagaja uzywania wiekszej ilosci materialu ciernego, z którego czesc pozostaje niewykorzystana.W celu unikniecia powyzej opisanych niedogodnosci zaprojektowano taka konstrukcje tarczy sprzegla, w której role nita spelniaja wytloczenia w pierscieniach posrednich slu¬ zacych do posredniego mocowania okladzin ciernych do plytek sprezystych. Tarcza sprzegla wedlug wynalazku ma dwa pierscienie posrednie z przyklejonymi okladzinami ciernymi, w któ¬ rych wykonane sa cylindryczne, wytloczenia.
