Ksztaltka czekoladowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltka czekoladowa przeznaczona do powszechnego spozycia. Cecha istotna ksztaltki czekoladowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze ma ksztalt stozka scietego, na którego górnej podstawie (1) sa przedzielone rowkami (2) wypukle zdobienia, którego skrajne elementy (3) maja ksztalt prostokata z jednym dluzszym bokiem uksztaltowanym w wypukly kat rozwarty, a kolejne elementy (4) maja ksztalt prostokata z jednym dluzszym bokiem uksztaltowanym promieniowo wkleslo, a jego przeciwlegly bok jest wypukly, uksztaltowany w kat rozwarty, natomiast element srodkowy (5) ma ksztalt prostokata, którego dluzsze boki sa uksztaltowane wkleslo w kat rozwarty, przy czym górna powierzchnia podstawy ma kolor jednolity brazowy jak to pokazano na fig. 3, natomiast pobocznica stozka scietego ma biale nierównomiernie rozlozone wtrace- nia (6), a na srodkowym elemencie jest wtloczony napis Choco Rice, jak to pokazano na fig. 4.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig. 3 Fig.4 PLChocolate Shape The subject of the industrial design is a chocolate shape intended for general consumption. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the chocolate shape from above, Fig. 2 shows the chocolate shape from above in perspective, Fig. 3 shows the chocolate shape from above in natural color, and Fig. 4 shows the chocolate shape from above in perspective in natural color. An important feature of the chocolate shaped piece according to the industrial design is that it has the shape of a truncated cone, on the upper base (1) of which there are convex decorations divided by grooves (2), the outermost elements (3) of which have the shape of a rectangle with one longer side shaped into a convex obtuse angle, and the subsequent elements (4) have the shape of a rectangle with one longer side shaped radially concave, and its opposite side is convex, shaped into an obtuse angle, while the central element (5) has the shape of a rectangle, the longer sides of which are shaped concavely into an obtuse angle, wherein the upper surface of the base is of a uniform brown color as shown in Fig. 3, while the side surface of the truncated cone has white, unevenly distributed inclusions (6), and on the central element there is embossed Choco Rice inscription, as shown in Fig. 4.
