Description
Ponadto zastosowanie zawiesiny piasku i solanki umozli¬ wia w skuteczny sposób wykonanie podsadzki, zapewniajacej dobre podparcie stropu.Przyklad. Zroby wypelnia sie zawiesina sporzadzona w stosunku objetosciowym, z 1,5 czesci piasku i 1 czesci solanki. Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 400 zl PLThe subject of the invention is the method of backfilling the goaf, which is used especially in rock salt mines. The known methods of backfilling the goaf, i.e. workings and underground voids formed as a result of excavating the deposit, consist in feeding them with a dry or hydraulic backfilling. the body is solid, and the carrier is most often compressed air. In the hydraulic filling, the proppant material, i.e. the medium, is a solid body, e.g. fly ash, sand or sand with the addition of e.g. waste: iron, overgrowth, fertile scales, etc., while water is only a carrier, which is discharged from the proppant to the outside of the goafs. The crops are filled with a suspension made of a solid body and water, which is transported from the surface by a pipeline. The water is discharged to special settling tanks, where, after sedimentation, it is transported back to the surface and recirculated. The disadvantage of the known methods of backfilling the goaf is the necessity to build backfill and settling tanks and the long drainage time. In addition, there is an increase in air humidity, and therefore a possible reduction in the strength of the crest, which is disadvantageous from the point of view of the stability of the workings. The method of backfilling the goaf, according to the invention, consists in filling the slurry made of sand and brine, in a volume ratio of 1 to 3 parts of sand to 0.75 to 1 parts of brine. The slurry is transported via a pipeline, at the outlet of which there is a device for thickening and draining the slurry. The described method allows for the recovery of brine and reduces the water hazard, especially dangerous in the salt mine. In addition, the use of a sand and brine slurry makes it possible to efficiently create a backfill providing good support for the roof. The crops are filled with a slurry made up by volume of 1.5 parts of sand and 1 part of brine. The suspension is transported by a pipeline, at the outlet of which a thickening hydrocyclone and draining the suspension are installed. The goaf filling, largely deprived of liquid part, is filled with the goaf, while the brine is partly discharged to the surface. brine, in a volume ratio of 1 to 3 parts of sand to 0.75 to 1 part of brine, while at the outlet of the pipeline there is a device for thickening and draining the suspension.
