The hitherto known corner member of a ket chain conveyor, constructed on the principle of forced guiding of a card chain, such as, for example, according to the patent application P * 251933, is solved in such a way that the card chain is guided along the corner of the conveyor route by means of chain wheels loosely located on the vertical a pin fixed immobile in the axis of bending radius of the conveyor route. The previously known corner member has the following disadvantages: the considerable size of the chain wheels and their placement in the axis of hooking of the radius of curvature of the conveyor route causes the necessity of serious expansion of the corner segment of the route and the minimization of the radius of curvature of the corner member, which in turn leads to relatively high resistance to movement of the chain chain * In addition, such a corner is characterized by a significant weight and dimensions, which is particularly undesirable in the conditions of downstream mine transport * The purpose of the invention • is to build a simple and light corner member allowing * to increase the radius of curvature of the corner conveyor member * This goal was achieved by using the solution being the subject of the invention * It consists in such a construction of the corner section that on the inside of the curvature it is equipped with densely spaced spacers loosely mounted on bolts stiffly embedded in the horizontal walls of the corner section * Wien The cutters are adapted to work with a card chain. Both edge lobes are placed in such a way that their axes are in the planes limiting the arch part of the corner section, while the lobes remaining are so spaced that the maximum distance between the edges of their crowns in the plane of the spacers' arrangement does not exceed the value of the two diameters of the arms of the wire chain represented by the chain The solutions for the corner section are: small dimensions, lower production costs, and the possibility of increasing the radius of curvature of the conveyor route with the simultaneous dividing of the corner section into segments * 147 911 2 According to the invention, the corner section is shown in an exemplary solution in the drawing, fig. shows the corner member in a plan view, and fig. 2 the same member in a cross-section through the fringes, which section is marked with lines AA in fig. 1. The corner member according to the invention is provided on the inside of its curvature with densely spaced lancets 1 freely positioned on vertical sw 2 axes fixed rigidly in the horizontal walls of the corner member, with the strand of 3 fringes 1 adapted to work with a carding chain 4. The outermost fringes 5, 6 se so arranged that their axes 7, 8 lie in planes 9, 10 limiting the arched part of the corner * The other cords 1 se are so spaced that the maximum distance S between the edges of their rims 3 in the plane 11 their arrangement does not exceed the value of two diameters d of the arms 12 links of the scraping chain 4 * The corner member according to the invention can be used in ket, mining conveyors card chains with forced guiding of the card chain within the arc curvature of the conveyor route.
