Dywan Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do zastosowania w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest fantazyjny motyw prostokatów oraz kwiatów i lisci. Dywan ma ksztalt prostokata posiadajacego jednolite obramowanie. Dalej do wewnatrz widoczna jest podwójna cienka ramka z drobnymi liscmi polaczonymi miedzy soba cienka linia. Za ramkami znajduje sie grubsza rama z motywem kwiatu oplecionego cienka linia tworzaca lodyge, na której widoczne sa drobne kropki. Ostatnie ramki polozone do wewnatrz sa powtórzeniem tych polozonych przy brzegu. Pozostale wnetrze dywanu jest ciemniejsze i jednolite, a w kazdym z jego rogów widoczne sa powtarzajace sie elementy zlozone z fantazyjnych kwiatów oraz lisci. Centralna czesc dywanu sklada sie z okregu wypelnionego kwiatami i otoczonego duzymi liscmi, co w calosci tworzy wiekszy kwiat. Kwiat ten posiada obramowanie oraz dwa liscie zwrócone do wezszych boków dywanu. Calosc wypelniona jest drobnymi kwiatuszkami oraz laczacymi je lodygami, które tworza fantazyjne zawijasy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dywan w rzucie pionowym.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Za ramkami znajduje sie grubsza rama z motywem kwiatu oplecionego cienka linia tworzaca lodyge, na której widoczne sa drobne kropki. Ostatnie ramki polozone do wewnatrz sa powtórzeniem tych polozonych przy brzegu. The essence of the industrial design is a whimsical motif of rectangles, flowers, and leaves. The rug is rectangular in shape with a uniform border. Further inward, a double, thin frame is visible, with small leaves connected by a thin line. Behind the frames is a thicker frame with a flower motif entwined by a thin line, forming a stem, on which small dots are visible. The last frames, located inward, repeat those located at the edge. The remaining interior of the rug is darker and uniform, and each corner features repeating elements composed of whimsical flowers and leaves. The central part of the rug consists of a circle filled with flowers and surrounded by large leaves, creating a larger flower. This flower has a border and two leaves facing the narrower sides of the rug. The entire piece is filled with tiny flowers and connecting stems, which create fanciful swirls.
