Sklada sie ona zasadniczo z trzech czesci: z blaszanego paska z otworami, elementu zatrzaskowego w formie pierscienia ze sprezystego drutu, przecietego i zacisnietego tak, ze jego konce zachodza na siebie i oslonki zakladanej w miejscu zamkniecia, skladajacej sie z dwóch kapturków zakladanych w miejscu laczenia zastrzaskowego konców paska, a nastepnie laczonych ze soba na obwodzie przez zlutowanie lub zespawanie.Opisana plomba ma szereg wad i niedogodnosci, do których nalezy w pierwszym rzedzie ograni¬ czony zakres zastosowania, wynikajacy z tego, ze elementem przewlekanym przez otwory jest pasek z blachy, stanowiacy jednoczesnie jedna z czesci plomby.
