MACHADELKO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest machadelko, zwlaszcza do rozniecania ognia, szczególnie przy rozpalaniu grilla. W odniesieniu do znanych, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, machadelko wyróznia sie nowa postacia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym figury od nr 1 do nr 3 przedstawiaja 3 odmiany machadelka, w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu. Machadelko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, sklada sie z tworzacych jedna calosc: plaszczyzny, majacej postac nieregularnej, stylizowanej figury geometrycznej oraz raczki, przy czym osie symetrii plaszczyzny i raczki pokrywaja sie. Plaszczyzna machadelka w górnej czesci ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, o zaokraglonych rogach. W dolnej czesci plaszczyzna machadelka przechodzi w prostokat o szerszej podstawie i delikatnie zaokraglonych rogach. Raczka ma ksztalt podluzny, owalny, posrodku raczki znajduje sie owalne wyciecie. W pierwszej odmianie machadelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na rysunku Fig. 1, plaszczyzna machadelka w górnej czesci ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, o zaokraglonych rogach. W dolnej czesci plaszczyzna machadelka przechodzi w prostokat o szerszej podstawie i delikatnie zaokraglonych rogach. Raczka ma ksztalt podluzny, owalny, posrodku raczki znajduje sie owalne wyciecie. W drugiej odmianie machadelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na rysunku Fig. 2, w górnej czesci plaszczyzny machadelka znajduja sie dwa owalne wyciecia usytuowane symetrycznie.W trzeciej odmianie machadelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na rysunku Fig. 3, w górnej czesci plaszczyzny machadelka znajduja sie trzy okragle wyciecia usytuowane symetrycznie. Compared to known, similar products, the machadelko stands out for its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, and surface properties. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which figures 1 to 3 depict three varieties of the machadelko, in a front perspective view. According to the industrial design, the machadelko consists of a single unit: a surface in the form of an irregular, stylized geometric figure, and a handle, with the axes of symmetry of the surface and the handle overlapping. The machadelko surface has a rectangular shape in its upper part, with rounded corners. In the lower part, the machadelka surface transitions into a rectangle with a wider base and gently rounded corners. The handle is elongated and oval, with an oval cutout in the center. In the first variety of machadelka, based on the industrial design, shown in Figure 1, the machadelka surface in the upper part is roughly rectangular, with rounded corners. In the second variety of the industrial-style machadelka, shown in Figure 2, the upper part of the machadelka's surface has two symmetrically arranged oval cutouts.
