Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego latarnie zniczowa, posiadajaca zarys stylizowanego prostopadloscianu, zawierajacego naroza w postaci bocznych pasów o kolorze brazu lub zlotym lub srebrnym oraz powierzchnie boczne scian wypelnione kolorowym przezroczystym materialem szklem lub tworzywem sztucznym, na których umieszczone sa elementy w postaci stylizowanych kwiatów lub zwierzat lub choinek zimowych oraz posiada w górnej czesci symetrycznie umieszczone nakrycie w postaci osiowej o zarysie stylizowanego stozka kopuly o kolorze brazu lub zlotym i podstawe o obrysie prostokata i schodkowym zarysie oraz falistych ornamentowych liniach zewnetrznych. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lie in the novelty of the object, a lantern, with a stylized cuboid outline, containing corners in the form of side stripes in brown, gold, or silver, and side surfaces filled with colored, transparent material—glass or plastic—on which are placed elements in the form of stylized flowers, animals, or winter trees. It also has a symmetrically placed axial cap in the shape of a stylized cone-shaped dome in brown or gold, and a rectangular base with a stepped outline and wavy, ornamental outer lines. The subject of the industrial design, constituting a grave lantern, is shown in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 — shows the first variety of the grave lantern in a side view having the outline of a stylized rectangle, with corners in the form of brown side stripes and a side wall surface filled with colored transparent red glass on which there are elements in the form of stylized flowers and in the upper part a symmetrically placed covering in the form of an axial shape with the outline of a stylized cone-shaped dome in brown and a base with a rectangular outline and a stepped outline as well as wavy ornamental external lines; fig. 2 — shows the first variety of the grave lantern in an oblique view having the outline of a stylized cuboid; fig. 3 - shows the second variety of the grave lantern in a side view, having the outline of a stylized rectangle, with corners in the form of silver side stripes and the side surface of the wall filled with colored transparent glass, on which there are elements in the form of a stylized lamb with a pennant staff and a stylized outline of willow flowers and a base with a rectangular outline and stepped outline as well as wavy ornamental external lines; fig. 4 - shows the second variety of the grave lantern in an oblique view, having the outline of a stylized cuboid; Fig. 5 - shows the third variant of the grave lantern in an oblique view, having the outline of a stylized cuboid, with corners in the form of golden side stripes and a side wall surface filled with transparent glass, on which there are elements in the form of a stylized Christmas tree and a decorative element in the form of a star with a braid, and in the upper part a symmetrically placed covering in the form of an axial shape with the outline of a stylized golden cone-dome and a base with a rectangular outline and a stepped outline and wavy ornamental external lines. The grave lantern, which is the subject of the industrial design, is shown in the attached photographs, in which: Fig. 1, Fig. 2 - shows the first variant of the grave lantern, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 - shows the second variant of the grave lantern, Fig. 5 - shows the third variant of the grave lantern. The essential features of the industrial design constituting the candle lantern, shown in the attached drawings fig. 1 to fig. 5, are that it has the outline of a stylised cuboid, with corners in the form of side stripes in a brown, gold or silver colour and the side surfaces of the walls filled with a coloured transparent material - glass or plastic, on which elements in the form of stylised flowers, animals or winter fir trees are placed, and it has in the upper part a symmetrically placed cover in the form of an axial shape with the outline of a stylised cone-dome in a brown or gold colour and a base in the form of a rectangle with a stepped outline and wavy ornamental external lines. The first type of lantern, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, has the outline of a stylized rectangle with corners in the form of brown side stripes and a side wall surface filled with colored transparent red glass on which there are elements in the form of stylized flowers and in the upper part a symmetrically placed cover in the form of an axial shape with the outline of a stylized brown cone-shaped dome and a base with a rectangular outline and a stepped outline as well as wavy ornamental external lines. The second type of candle lantern, shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, has an outline of a stylized rectangle with corners in the form of silver side stripes and a side wall surface filled with colored transparent glass, on which there are elements in the form of a stylized lamb with a pennant pole and a stylized outline of willow flowers and a base with a rectangular outline and a stepped outline and wavy ornamental external lines. The third type of lantern, shown in Fig. 5, has the outline of a stylized cuboid with corners in the form of golden side stripes and a side wall surface filled with transparent glass, on which there are elements in the form of a stylized Christmas tree and a decorative element in the form of a star with a braid, and in the upper part a symmetrically placed cover in the form of an axial shape with the outline of a stylized golden cone-dome and a base with a rectangular outline and a stepped outline and wavy ornamental external lines.
