Okno zaluzjowe do obiektów gospodarskich Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest okno zaluzjowe do obiektów gospodarskich. Tego rodzaju okna sa glównie przeznaczone do stosowania w oborach i pomieszczeniach hodowlanych jako dodatkowe oslony otworów sciennych. Spelniaja one funkcje wentylacyjne i izolacyjne. Zabezpieczaja pomieszczenia przed przenikaniem promieni slonecznych do wewnatrz i nagrzewaniem w okresie letnim a w okresie zimowym - przed wychladzaniem. W zaleznosci od wielkosci otworów sciennych oslone izolacyjna tworzy sie przez polaczenie okien zaluzjowych w zestaw. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac okna zaluzjowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz w barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku przedstawiajacym okno zaluzjowe w widoku perspektywicznym.Okno zaluzjowe stanowi rama aluminiowa 1 i osadzone w niej obrotowo lamele 2 oraz listwa sterujaca 3 sprzegajaca lamele 2 ze soba. Lamele 2 sa wykonane z przezroczystego materialu i posiadaja ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu obramowanego od góry i od dolu listewkami 4 w ksztalcie ceownika a po bokach aluminiowymi uchwytami 5 w ksztalcie ceownika stanowiacymi element zawiasowy. Listewki 4 wykonane sa równiez z materialu przezroczystego. Okno zaluzjowe charakteryzuje sie prostota estetyka i lekkoscia wygladu. Posiada wlasciwosci i zabarwienie przezroczysto-srebrne. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w: - ksztalcie i materiale elementów skladowych okna, - ksztalcie prostopadlosciennym lameli 2 i ich obramowaniu przezroczystymi listewkami 4 i aluminiowymi uchwytami 5, - usytuowaniu symetrycznym listwy sterujacej 3 sprzegajacej lamele 2, - wlasciwosciach i barwie przezroczysto-srebrnej okna, - estetyce i lekkim wygladzie okna i jego czesci skladowych. PL PLThe industrial design concerns a louvered window for farm buildings. These windows are primarily intended for use in barns and livestock buildings as additional coverings for wall openings. They perform ventilation and insulation functions, protecting rooms from solar radiation and overheating in the summer and from cooling in the winter. Depending on the size of the wall openings, the insulating shield is created by combining louvered windows into a set. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of louvered window, manifested in its shape, layout, surface properties, and color. The industrial design is illustrated in a drawing depicting a louvered window in perspective. The louvered window comprises an aluminum frame 1 with pivotally mounted slats 2 and a control strip 3 that interconnects the slats 2. The slats 2 are made of a transparent material and have the shape of a flattened cuboid, framed at the top and bottom by U-shaped slats 4 and on the sides by aluminum U-shaped brackets 5 constituting a hinge element. The slats 4 are also made of a transparent material. The louvered window is characterized by its simple aesthetic and light appearance. It has transparent-silver properties and color. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in: - the shape and material of the window components, - the cuboid shape of the slats 2 and their framing with transparent slats 4 and aluminum handles 5, - the symmetrical location of the control strip 3 engaging the slats 2, - the properties and transparent-silver color of the window, - the aesthetics and light appearance of the window and its components.
