Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest pirotechniczna mieszanina lzawiaca do produkcji granatów lza- wiaoyoht skladajaca sie z chloroacetofenonu lub nitrylu kwasu o-ohlorobenzylidenomalonowego, chloranu potasowego, ohlorku amonowego oraz dodatkowo z 5 do 20% dekstryny i 1 - 10% napel- niaoza krzemionkowego, a w innej wersji, oprócz wymienionych skladników w podanych wyzej ilosciaoh, mieszanina zawiera takze 0,5 - 10% nowolaku* Mieszanina moze zawierac ponadto do¬ datek dowolnego oleju ulatwiajacego formowanie ladunków. Mieszanina wg wynalazku spala sie z predkoscia 2-6 mm/s w zaleznosci od skladu prooentowego oraz stopnia sprasowania i ksztaltu ladunku. Mieszanina lzawiaca zaczyna dzialac w temperaturze 170-175°C i spala sie w temperaturze ok. 300 C, co zapobiega rozkladowi substancji aktywnej, gwarantujac tym samym wysoka skutecznosc dzialania srodka lzawiacego. Mieszanina mimo duzej predkosci palenia, nie powoduje zapalenia gazów palnych pochodzacych z rozkladu skladników mieszaniny lzawiacej.Zjawisko samozapalenia gazów obserwowano niejednokrotnie podczas dzialania srodków pirotech¬ nicznych dotychczas produkowanych Przyklad I. 15 kg chloroaoetofenonu, 9 kg chlorku amonowego, 10 kg dekstryny, 2,5 kg napelniacza krzemionkowego, 13t5 kg chloranu potasowego miesza sie w mieszalniku beb¬ nowym w ciagu 1 godziny. Otrzymuje sie mieszanine o skladzie: 50% chloroacetofenonu, 18% chlorku amonowego, 20% dekstryny, 5% napelniacza krzemionkowego, 27% chloranu potasowego.Przyklad II. 10 kg nitrylu kwasu o-chlorobenzylidenomalonowego, 10 kg chlorku amonowego, 2,5 kg dekstryny, 5 kg nowolaku, 5 kg napelniacza krzemionkowego, 17,5 kg ohlora- nu potasowego miesza sie w mieszalniku bebnowym w ciagu 1 godziny. Otrzymuje sie mieszanine o skladzie: 20% nitrylu kwasu o-chlorobenzylidenomalonowego, 20% chlorku amonowego, 5% dek¬ stryny, 10% nowolaku, 10% napelniacza krzemionkowego, 35% chloranu potasowego.Przyklad III. 14 kg nitrylu kwasu o-chlorobenzylidenomalonowego, 10,1 kg chlor¬ ku amonowego, 9 kg dekstryny, 0,4 kg nowolaku, 0,5 kg napelniacza krzemionkowego, 16 kg chlo¬ ranu potasowego miesza sie w mieszalniku bebnowym w ciagu 1 godziny. Otrzymuje sie mieszanine o skladzie: 28% nitrylu kwasu o-chlorobenzylidenomalonowego, 20,2% chlorku amonowego, 18% dekstryny, 0f3% nowolaku, 1% napelniacza krzemionkowego, 32% chloranu potasowego. The mixture may also contain the addition of any oil to facilitate charge formation. The mixture according to the invention burns at a speed of 2-6 mm / s depending on the percentage composition as well as the degree of compression and the shape of the charge. The tear mixture starts to work at a temperature of 170-175 ° C and burns at a temperature of around 300 C, which prevents the decomposition of the active substance, thus ensuring high effectiveness of the tear agent. The mixture, despite its high burning speed, does not ignite flammable gases originating from the decomposition of the components of the tear mixture. The phenomenon of gas self-ignition was observed many times during the action of pyrotechnics produced so far. Example I. 15 kg of chloroaoetophenone, 9 kg of ammonium chloride, 10 kg of dextrin, 2.5 kg of silica filler, 13 to 5 kg of potassium chlorate are mixed in a drum mixer for 1 hour. The mixture is: 50% chloroacetophenone, 18% ammonium chloride, 20% dextrin, 5% silica filler, 27% potassium chlorate. Example II. 10 kg of o-chlorobenzylidenemalonic acid nitrile, 10 kg of ammonium chloride, 2.5 kg of dextrin, 5 kg of novolac, 5 kg of silica filler, 17.5 kg of potassium chloride are mixed in a drum mixer for 1 hour. A mixture of 20% o-chlorobenzylidenemalonic acid nitrile, 20% ammonium chloride, 5% dextrin, 10% novolac, 10% silica filler, 35% potassium chlorate is obtained. 14 kg of o-chlorobenzylidenemalonic acid nitrile, 10.1 kg of ammonium chloride, 9 kg of dextrin, 0.4 kg of novolac, 0.5 kg of silica filler, 16 kg of potassium chlorate are mixed in a drum mixer for 1 hour. The following mixture was obtained: 28% o-chlorobenzylidenemalonic acid nitrile, 20.2% ammonium chloride, 18% dextrin, 0.3% novolac, 1% silica filler, 32% potassium chlorate.
