OPIS WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt do rodziny baterii sanitarnych jednouchwytowych RODON. Przeznaczenie: do otwierania i zamykania wyplywu wody z baterii oraz do regulacji temperatury zmieszanej wody. Cecha wyrózniajaca jest ksztalt zewnetrzny nawiazujacy do rodziny baterii „Rodon", do której jest przypisany. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt zewnetrzny bryly uchwytu z charakterystyczna czescia górna dzwigni co przedstawiono na Rys. nr 1 i Fot. nr 1. Fig. 1 - Uchwyt regulatora przeplywu, przedstawiono na Rys. 1 i Fot nr 1. Uchwyt ma postac scietego walca który zakonczony jest w czesci górnej dzwignia. W widoku perspektywicznym Fot. 1 widac plaska, powierzchnie górna zamknieta linia ostrej krawedzi. W widoku z góry na Rys.l widac charakterystyczne zakonczenie uchwytu w ksztalcie luku, polaczenie krawedzi zakonczone malym promieniem. Fotografia nr 1 i Rys.l przedstawiaja uchwyt w widoku z boku, widac na nich dwie charakterystyczne linie, górna bedaca krawedzia plaska uchwytu laczaca sie z linia pobocznicy czesci walcowej uchwytu. Druga charakterystyczna linia przebiega równolegle do górnej krawedzi tworzac krawedz dolna chwytu laczaca sie z pionowa wewnetrzna linia, pobocznica czesci walcowej. Przeciecie tych krawedzi zakonczono promieniem. W czesci walcowej uchwytu krawedz powstaje w wyniku zmniejszania sie srednicy walca od podstawy ku górze w czesci pod dzwignia uchwytu.Rysunek nr 1 Fig. 1.Fot. nr 1 Fig. 1 PLDESCRIPTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The subject of the industrial design is a handle for the RODON family of single-lever sanitary taps. Intended use: for opening and closing the water flow from the tap and for regulating the temperature of the mixed water. A distinctive feature is its external shape, which refers to the "Rodon" tap family to which it is assigned. A significant feature of the industrial design is the external shape of the handle with a characteristic upper part of the lever, as shown in Fig. No. 1 and Photo No. 1. Fig. 1 - Flow regulator handle, shown in Fig. 1 and Photo No. 1. The handle has the form of a truncated cylinder with a lever at the top. The perspective view in Photo 1 shows a flat upper surface closed by a sharp edge. The top view in Fig. 1 shows the characteristic arc-shaped end of the handle, with the edges joined by a small radius. Photographs 1 and 1 show the handle from the side, showing two characteristic lines: the upper, flat edge of the handle, connecting with the side line of the cylindrical part of the handle. The second characteristic line runs parallel to the upper edge, forming the lower edge of the handle, connecting with the vertical inner line, the side line of the cylindrical part. The intersection of these edges ends with a radius. In the cylindrical part of the handle, the edge is formed by the diameter of the cylinder decreasing from the base upwards, in the part under the handle lever. Figure 1 Fig. 1. Photo 1 Fig. 1 PL
