Granulat uzyskuje sie przez zmielenie wczesniej wyprodukowanych wielokolorowych folii z PVC. Sklad granulatu zadawanego do prasowania jest scisle okreslony pod wzgledem rodzaju, ksztaltu, wielkosci granulek, proporcji skladników, kolorystyki, natezenia kolorów. Wyrobem koncowym jest arkusz wykladziny, na którego powierzchni powstaje wzór charakterystyczny dla danego skladu granulatu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: wykladzina ma na powierzchni wzór przedstawiajacy polaczone ze soba i przenikajace sie, cieniowane elementy o nieregularnych ksztaltach o wymiarach od ok. 1,5 mm do ok. 7,0 mm w kilku odcieniach tego samego koloru z dodatkiem nieregularnie rozlozonych elementów w trzech kolorach kontrastowych w stosunku do koloru podstawowego i nieregularnie rozlozonych elementów przezroczystych. The floor covering, according to the industrial design, is made from granulate using the pressing method. In the initial phase of floor covering production, granulate of various sizes and colors is spread on an endless belt and pressed in a press. The granulate is obtained by grinding previously produced multi-colored PVC foils. The composition of the granulate fed to the pressing is precisely defined in terms of type, shape, granule size, proportion of ingredients, color, and color intensity. The final product is a carpet sheet, on whose surface a pattern characteristic of a given granulate composition is created. The essential features of the industrial design are that: the carpet has a surface pattern representing interconnected and interpenetrating, shaded elements of irregular shapes, measuring from approximately 1.5 mm to approximately 7.0 mm in several shades of the same color, with the addition of irregularly placed elements in three colors contrasting with the base color and irregularly placed transparent elements.
