Znany jest fartuch chirurgiczny wykonany z tkaniny, w którym tyl podzielony jest na dwie zachodzace na siebie poly. Do nich przymocowanych jest kilka par troków, sluzacych do zawiazania fartucha. Podkrój szyi wykonczony jest stójka, natomiast rekawy zakonczone sa sciagaczami. There is a known surgical gown made of fabric, the back of which is divided into two overlapping polybags. Several pairs of straps are attached to them, used to tie the apron. The neck cut is finished with a stand-up collar, while the sleeves are finished with cuffs.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac fartucha, przejawiajaca sie w jego kroju, wykonczeniu podkroju szyi, zapieciu fartucha w czesci górnej oraz systemie zapinanych troczków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w materiale ilustracyjnym, w którym fig. 1 jest widokiem fartucha z przodu, fig. 2 - widokiem fartucha z tylu, fig. 3 - widokiem górnego zapiecia fartucha, fig. 4 i fig. 5 - widokami systemu troczków. Fartuch wykonany jest z tkaniny odpornej na przenikanie patogenów chorobotwórczych, przy czym tak zwane pola krytyczne czyli przód fartucha i rekawy od lokcia w dól uszyte sa z tkaniny o zwiekszonej barierze i odpornosci na przenikanie cieczy. The apron is made of a fabric resistant to the penetration of pathogens, while the so-called critical fields, i.e. the front of the apron and the sleeves from the elbow downwards, are made of a fabric with increased barrier and resistance to liquid penetration.

Przód fartucha widoczny na fotografii fig. 1 zlozony jest z czterech czesci - trapezu i duzego pieciokata, polaczonych poziomym krytym szwem na wysokosci klatki piersiowej oraz dwóch waskich, pionowych prostokatów, przyszytych szwami krytymi po obu stronach duzego pieciokata.Rekawy maja krój raglanowy i lacza sie bezposrednio z podkrojem szyi. Rekawy skladaja sie z dwóch czesci - dolnej i górnej - zeszytych szwem krytym mniej wiecej w polowie wysokosci rekawa i sa zakonczone szerokim dzianinowym sciagaczem. The front of the apron shown in the photo of fig. 1 consists of four parts - a trapezoid and a large five-pointed, connected by a horizontal covered seam at the height of the chest and two narrow, vertical rectangles, sewn with covered seams on both sides of a large five-legged. The sleeves have a raglan cut and connects directly with the neckline. The sleeves consist of two parts - upper and lower - sewn with a seam hidden approximately in the middle of the sleeve height and are finished with a wide knitted ribbing.

Podkrój szyi jest wykonczony na wiekszosci obwodu szerokim dzianinowym sciagaczem. Z tylu natomiast jest wykonczony stójka zaopatrzona w poziomy rzad zatrzasków. Tyl fartucha widoczny na fotografii fig. 2 podzielony jest na dwie poly, przy czym jedna pola posiada wyrazne poszerzenie w ksztalcie trójkata, którego wierzcholek znajduje sie mniej wiecej na wysokosci pasa. Do wierzcholka przyszyty jest trok. Drugi trok przyszyty jest na tej samej wysokosci z przodu fartucha. Oba troki wyposazone sa w zatrzaski umozliwiajace ich zapiecie, co jest widoczne na fotografii fig. 3 i 4. The back of the apron visible in the photo of Fig. 2 is divided into two fields, one of the fields having a distinct widening in the shape of a triangle, the apex of which is approximately at the waist height. A strap is sewn to the top. The second strap is sewn at the same height on the front of the apron. Both straps are equipped with latches enabling fastening them, which is visible in the photo figs. 3 and 4.
