Oczyszczalnia jest przewidziana do oczyszczania scieków miejskich i przemyslowych, podatnych na oczyszczanie metodami biologicznymi.Znana jest zblokowana oczyszczalnia scieków z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 108 973, która stanowi prostokatny zbiornik biologicznego oczyszczania scieków, wewnatrz którego sa wydzielone inne zbiorniki korzystnie o róznej wielkosci. According to the invention, the treatment plant is shaped in the form of a rectangular reservoir, inside which a secondary sedimentation tank is built, supported on a supporting structure fixed in the bottom of the reservoir.
