Znany dotychczas rozdzielacz obrotowy, posiada korpus, w którym wykonane sa dwa otwory wylotowe, jeden otwór zasilajacy i jeden otwór odplywowy oraz obrotowy trzpien zajmujacy dwa skrajne polozenia. W jednym z tych polozen za pomoca wykonanych kanalów laczy otwór zasilajacy z jednym z otworów odplywowych. Zmiana drogi przeplywu czynnika roboczego na przyklad oleju dokonuje sie poprzez przestawianie trzpienia w drugie krancowe polozenia, w którym laczy otwór zasilajacy z drugim z otworów wylotowych. To przestawienie odbywa sie gwaltownie powodujac zaklócenia w przeplywie oleju, wzrost cisnienia, uderzenia i niekorzystna fale wiekszego cisnienia rozchodzaca sie w ukladzie hydraulicznym.Celem wynalazku bylo skonstruowanie prostego rozdzielacza obrotowego pozbawionego powyzszych wad. 2a, 2b, 2d, przedstawiaja przekroje korpusu pokazujace sposób rozmieszczenia otworów wylotowych, zasilajacego i odplywowego, natomiastfig. 3 ukazuje uksztaltowanie trzpie¬ nia rozdzielacza. Polozenia posrednie ustalane sa silnikiem skokowym 1.Rozdzielaz obrotowy, wedlug wynalazku, znajdzie zastosowanie w manipulatorach przemys¬ lowych, a nadaje sie równiez do szerokiego wykorzystania w róznych ukladach hydraulicznych stosowanych m.in. w pojazdach roboczych czy maszynach budowlanych. 2. The hitherto known rotary distributor has a body in which there are two outlets, one supply and one outflow hole, and a rotary spindle occupying two extreme positions. In one of these positions, it connects the supply opening with one of the drainage openings by means of channels. Changing the flow path of the working medium, for example oil, is done by shifting the spindle to the second end position, in which it connects the supply opening with the other outlet opening. This adjustment takes place rapidly, causing disturbances in the oil flow, pressure increase, impacts and the unfavorable waves of higher pressure propagating in the hydraulic system. The aim of the invention was to construct a simple rotary distributor without the above drawbacks. The nature of the distributor, according to the invention, having a body with the necessary openings and a rotary the mandrel, consists in the fact that four flat surfaces are made on the cylindrical part of the mandrel, of which are adjacent to each other perpendicularly, and opposite parallel, flat surfaces with longitudinal grooves on them, which connect one outlet hole with the supply hole at the end positions of the mandrel, and the other with a drainage hole, each of these connections having two opposite grooves. The switching of the distributor, ie the rotation of the spindle, takes place gradually, and each position of the spindle corresponds to a different degree of flow opening. The spindle can be rotated manually or by means of a stepper motor through a reduction gear, which in turn enables a gentle switching of the distributor using special controllers or microcomputers, shaping of any characteristics, switching the distributor, similarly to much more expensive and complicated electrohydraulic distributors. The passage of the oil through the opposing grooves on the spindle is an important advantage of this solution, since the spindle and the associated motor shaft are then symmetrically loaded. The oil pressure acting on the opposite sides is canceled out and the resultant force is zero. The invention is shown more closely in an example of embodiment in the figure in which Fig. 1 shows an axial section of a distributor, the pin of which is coupled directly to the shaft of the driving motor, Figs. 2a, 2b, 2d show the body cross-sections showing the arrangement of the outlet, supply and outlet openings, while Figs. 3 shows the design of the distributor spindle. The step motor 1 is connected via a clutch 2 to the distributor spindle 3. Oil is directed through the supply hole 4 to one of the outlet holes 5 or 6, at the same time the second outlet hole is connected to the drain hole 7. The spindle 3 of the distributor is located and sealed in the assembly 8. The end positions of the spindle are fixed by the stop 9. Intermediate positions are fixed are stepper motor 1. The rotary distributor, according to the invention, will find application in industrial manipulators, and is also suitable for a wide use in various hydraulic systems used, among others in work vehicles or construction machines.
