Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nakladka ozdobna tylnej klapy samochodu osobowego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, kolorze i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek nakladki ozdobnej w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku od góry, fig.3 - przekrój A-A, a fig.4 - przedstawia nakladke w widoku od tylu. Nakladka ozdobna tylnej klapy samochodu osobowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego stanowi wycinek kuli o bardzo duzym promieniu i ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego, którego dluzsza podstawa stanowiaca górny bok z obu skrajnych stron zagieta jest na zewnatrz, a powierzchnia nakladki od strony krótszej podstawy i od strony ramion w niewielkiej odleglosci od zewnetrznych krawedzi jest lekko odgieta ku przodowi.Plyta nakladki posiada w czesci srodkowej górnej wzdluzne wglebienie o ksztalcie odcinka kola. Cieciwa tego kola jest równolegla do podstaw trapezu i znajduje sie w poblizu dluzszej podstawy. Wzdluz niej znajduje sie wyprofilowanie w plycie nakladki stanowiace w widoku od jej przedniej strony wypukly wzdluzny uchwyt, od strony górnego boku nakladki lagodnie przechodzacy w poziomajej powierzchnie. We wglebieniu o ksztalcie odcinka kola znajduja sie w dwóch zewnetrznych skrajnych polozeniach dwa otwory usytuowane symetrycznie. Nakladka ma przednia powierzchnie dwukolorowa, korzystnie odblaskowa. Od strony obu podstaw trapezu ma kolor czerwony ograniczony liniami równoleglymi do podstaw. Górna linia ograniczajaca kolor czerwony biegnie wzdluz cieciwy odcinka kola stanowiacego wglebienie w nakladce. Srodkowy pas nakladki ma kolor stalowo-srebrny. Od strony tylnej nakladka w poblizu wszystkich boków zaopatrzona jest w tasme przylepna. PL PL PLThe right to register the ornamental design is valid from June 8, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a decorative cover for the tailgate of a passenger car. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, color, and surface properties. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative cover from the front, Fig. 2 - from the top, Fig. 3 - cross-section A-A, and Fig. 4 - from the back. The decorative cover for a passenger car tailgate, according to the decorative pattern, is a segment of a sphere with a very large radius and has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, the longer base, constituting the upper side, of which is bent outward on both extreme sides, while the cover surface on the shorter base and on the arms, a short distance from the outer edges, is slightly bent forward. The cover plate has a longitudinal recess in the upper central section, shaped like a segment of a circle. The chord of this circle is parallel to the bases of the trapezoid and located near the longer base. Along this recess is a profile in the cover plate, forming a convex longitudinal handle when viewed from the front, and smoothly transitioning to a horizontal surface from the upper side of the cover. The circular recess contains two symmetrically arranged holes at its outermost edges. The front surface of the overlay is two-colored, preferably reflective. On both sides of the trapezoid base, it is red, bordered by lines parallel to the bases. The upper red border runs along the chord of the circular segment that forms the overlay's recess. The middle strip of the overlay is steel-silver. On the rear side, the overlay is fitted with adhesive tape near all sides.
