Znak graficzny fundacji Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny fundacji, której celem jest miedzy innymi promocja Miasta Gdanska, metropolii Gdanskiej, Regionu Pomorskiego i Polski w Europie i na swiecie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno- graficznej i kolorystycznej znaku, która w polaczeniu z zestawem slowno- graficznym, sugestywnie oddzialywuje na odbiorców znaku w zakresie integrowania srodowiska i poprawy jakosci zycia publicznego w Miescie Gdansku, metropolii Gdanskiej i Regionu Pomorskiego. Statutowe zadania fundacji oznaczane znakiem graficznym obejmuja w szerokim zakresie dzialania kulturalne, artystyczne, edukacyjne, sportowe i naukowe, realizowane we wspólpracy z samorzadami, instytucjami panstwowymi, organizacjami pozarzadowymi, a takze z uczelniami i innymi instytucjami oraz organizacjami edukacyjnymi i naukowymi. Istotna sfera dzialania jest fundowanie nagród i stypendiów dla osób w trudnej sytuacji ekonomicznej oraz inicjowanie i wspieranie wolontariatu i akcji dobroczynnych. Jedna z wazniejszych pozycji programu fundacji jest dzialalnosc wydawnicza. Znak graficzny równoczesnie ze spelnianiem funkcji informacyjnej prezentowana trescia slowna, grafika i kolorystyka, nadaje ekspozycji duze walory estetyczne, zapewniajac wysoki poziom kulturalny, artystyczny i edukacyjny realizowanych pozycji programowych fundacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym widok czolowy powierzchni ekspozycyjnej znaku graficznego fundacji przedstawiony na figurach od fig. 1 do fig. 6, w którym poszczególnym figurom odpowiadaj a odmiany znaku graficznego. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego fundacji ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera element graficzny przedstawiaj acy dwa okregi o zmiennej grubosci linii, czesciowo nakladajace sie na siebie, tworzace wspólna zamknieta czesc, na której powierzchni znajduje sie rozmieszczona w ukladzie pionowym w czesci górnej korona, a pod nia dwa krzyze, jeden pod drugim. Powierzchnia znaku graficznego mabarwe czerwona, Pod elementem graficznym znaku graficznego symetrycznie w osi pionowej, zaznaczony jest zestaw wyrazów „FUNDACJA WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA", napisany z rozmieszczeniem pionowym, dwupoziomowym. Na górnym poziomie znajduje sie wyraz „FUNDACJA", zas na dolnym poziomie ponizej wyrazu „FUNDACJA", pozostale wyrazy „WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA". Zestaw downy napisany jest prostymi, duzymi literami czarna cienka linia, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 . Druga odmiana znaku graficznego fundacji ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma element graficzny znaku i zestaw slowny identyczny jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie symetrycznie zestawu slownego nad elementem graficznym znaku, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 . Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego fundacji ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma element graficzny znaku i zestaw slowny identyczny jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie w plaszczyznie dolnych krawedzi elementu graficznego, po jego prawej stronie zestawu wyrazów „WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA" i nad wyrazem „WSPÓLNOTA" zaznaczenie wyrazu „FUNDACJA". Kolorystyka i krój liter wyrazów jest identyczny jak w pierwszej odmianie, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 . Czwarta odmiana znaku graficznego fundacji ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma element graficzny znaku i zestaw slowny identyczny jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie w plaszczyznie dolnych krawedzi elementu graficznego, po jego lewej stronie zestawu wyrazów „WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA" i nad wyrazem „GDANSKA" zaznaczenie wyrazu „FUNDACJA". The essence of the industrial design is the use of the logo's word, graphic, and color scheme, which, combined with the word and graphic combination, has a compelling impact on the logo's recipients in terms of community integration and improving the quality of public life in the City of Gdańsk, the Gdańsk metropolitan area, and the Pomeranian Region. The foundation's statutory tasks, identified by the logo, encompass a wide range of cultural, artistic, educational, sporting, and scientific activities, carried out in cooperation with local governments, state institutions, non-governmental organizations, as well as universities and other educational and scientific institutions and organizations. A significant area of activity is funding awards and scholarships for individuals experiencing economic hardship, as well as initiating and supporting volunteering and charitable initiatives. One of the most important elements of the foundation's program is publishing. The graphic symbol, while fulfilling an informative function through its verbal content, graphics, and color scheme, lends the exhibition a significant aesthetic value, ensuring a high cultural, artistic, and educational level of the foundation's program. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a frontal view of the foundation's graphic symbol's display area, shown in Figures 1 to 6, where variations of the graphic symbol correspond to each figure. The first variation of the foundation's graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a graphic element representing two circles with variable line thicknesses, partially overlapping, forming a common, closed section, the surface of which features a crown arranged vertically at the top, and two crosses, one below the other. The surface of the graphic symbol is red. Below the graphic element of the graphic symbol, symmetrically along the vertical axis, there is a set of words "FUNDACJA WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA" written vertically, on two levels. At the top level is the word "FUNDACJA", while at the bottom level below the word "FUNDACJA", the remaining words "WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA". The down set is written in simple, capital letters in a thin black line, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second version of the foundation's graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a graphic element of the symbol and a set of words identical to the first version. The distinguishing feature is the symmetrical placement of the set of words above the graphic element of the symbol, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The third variation of the foundation's graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a graphic element and a word set identical to the first variation. Its distinguishing feature is the placement of the words "WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA" on the bottom edges of the graphic element, to its right, and the highlighted word "FUNDACJA" above the word "WSPÓLNOTA" (WSPÓLNOTA). The colors and lettering of the words are identical to the first variation, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 3. The fourth variation of the foundation's graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a graphic element and a word set identical to the first variation. Its distinguishing feature is the placement of the words "WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA" on the bottom edges of the graphic element, to its left, and the highlighted word "FUNDACJA" above the word "GDANSKA" (GDANSKA). The font and color scheme of the words are as in the first variant, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 4). The fifth variant of the foundation's graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a graphic element and a word set identical to the first variant. Its distinguishing feature is the symmetrical placement of the words "FUNDACJA WSPÓLNOTA GDANSKA" in a single line, below the graphic element of the symbol, written in the font and color scheme as in the first variant, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 5). The sixth variant of the foundation's graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a graphic element and a word set identical to the first variant.
