NAROZNIK WYPOCZYNKOWY SAN MARCO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naroznik wypoczynkowy „San Marco", którego przeznaczeniem sa cele wypoczynkowe i rekreacyjne. Naroznik wypoczynkowy „San Marco" jest przedstawiony na ilustracji - fig.1., oraz na fotografiach: fot. 1., fot. 2., fot. 3. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter naroznik wypoczynkowy, którego cechy przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie mebla, linii jego boków i nózek, sposobu wykonania obicia, zastosowan funkcjonalnych i sposobu wykorzystania. Naroznik wypoczynkowy posiada tzw. dwie strony - krótsza i dluzsza. Dluzsza strona sklada sie z trójdzielnych czesci w ujeciu pionowym, zlozony z wyszczególnionego siedziska oraz oparcia. Krótsza strona sklada sie z dwudzielnych czesci w ujeciu pionowym, zlozony z wyszczególnionego siedziska oraz oparcia. Oparcie dzieli sie na dwie czesci: górna i dolna. Czesc górna jest w ksztalcie prostokata, delikatnie odstaje do tylu ponad pion oparcia. Czesc dolna oparcia jest podzielona na dwie czesci, przedzielona w pionie w polowie ozdobnym podwójnym sciegiem. Scieg zarówno w tym miejscu, jak równiez w innych czesciach mebla podkresla nowoczesny ksztalt i charakter mebla.Oparcie zawiera w sobie tzw. „funkcje relaks". Pozwala ona na delikatne wygiecie na zewnatrz czesci oparcia do pozycji póllezacej, znajdujacej sie w rogu naroznika wypoczynkowego (widoczne na fot. 2.). .Funkcja relaks" obejmuje obydwa boki oparcia w rogu naroznika wypoczynkowego. Ze wzgledów technicznych i funkcjonalnych mozliwe jest jednakze korzystanie jednoczesne tylko z jednego (z dwóch) wygiecia („funkcji relaks"). Siedzisko jest jednolitym elementem, dzielacym sie na dwie czesci (w czesci naroznikowej krótszej) i na trzy czesci (w czesci naroznikowej dluzszej). Siedzisko moze zostac podniesione, m.in. celem wykorzystania znajdujacego sie pod nim schowka. Siedzisko jest obszyte podwójnym sciegiem ozdobnym od strony zewnetrznej. Nózki naroznika sa w ksztalcie bryly prostopadlosciennej, od góry wykonane z drewna, usadowione na szerszej u dolu metalowej, chromowanej podstawie. Metalowa podstawa nózki wizualnie stanowi 1/3 grubosci calej nózki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: nowoczesnie wykonane boki mebla oraz nowatorsko zastosowane regulowane górne czesci oparcia. Boki naroznika wykonane sa niestandardowo, nowoczesnie, przypominaja w ksztalcie odwrócona o 90° litere „C". Bok jest obszyty podwójnym sciegiem ozdobnym w miejscach: posrodku boku, oraz w miejscu, gdzie bok sie zaokragla. Dodatkowa istotna cecha naroznika wypoczynkowego jest zastosowanie wysuwanych górnych czesci oparcia, znajdujacych sie na skrajnych bokach naroznika. Wyraznie jest to ukazane na fot. 3. PL PLSAN MARCO CORNER SOFA The subject of the industrial design is the "San Marco" corner sofa, intended for relaxation and recreational purposes. The "San Marco" corner sofa is shown in the illustration - fig. 1, and in the photographs: photo 1, photo 2, photo 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individually characterful corner sofa, the features of which are manifested in the shape of the furniture, the lines of its sides and legs, the method of upholstery, functional applications and method of use. The corner sofa has so-called two sides - shorter and longer. The longer side consists of tripartite parts in a vertical view, consisting of a detailed seat and backrest. The shorter side consists of two-part parts in a vertical view, consisting of a detailed seat and backrest. The backrest is divided into two sections: upper and lower. The upper section is rectangular, protruding slightly backwards above the vertical section of the backrest. The lower section of the backrest is divided into two sections, divided vertically in the middle by a decorative double stitch. The stitching here, as well as in other parts of the furniture, emphasizes the modern shape and character of the piece. The backrest includes a "relaxation function." This allows the backrest section to gently curve outward to a semi-reclining position, located in the corner of the corner sofa (visible in photo 2). The "relaxation function" covers both sides of the backrest in the corner of the corner sofa. However, for technical and functional reasons, it is only possible to use one (of the two) curves (the "relaxation function") at a time. The seat is a single unit, divided into two parts (the shorter corner section) and three parts (the longer corner section). The seat can be raised, among other things, to use the storage compartment underneath. The seat is upholstered with a double decorative stitch on the outside. The corner sofa's legs are cuboid-shaped, made of wood at the top and resting on a chrome-plated metal base, wider at the bottom. The metal base of the leg visually constitutes one-third of the thickness of the entire leg. Key features of the industrial design include the modernly crafted sides of the furniture and the innovative use of adjustable upper backrest sections. The sides of the corner sofa are made in a non-standard, modern way, resembling the letter "C" inverted by 90°. The side is trimmed with a double decorative stitch in the center of the side and where the side rounds. An additional important feature of this corner sofa is the use of extendable upper backrest sections, located on the outermost sides of the sofa. This is clearly shown in Photo 3.
