Proces prowadzi sie wT wysokiej temperaturze i podwyzszonym cisnieniu.W warunkach tych nastepuje termiczna degradacja -struktury organicznej substancji wegla i uwodor¬ nienie powstajacych przejsciowych produktów roz¬ kladu. Z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 110 700 znany jest np. sposób, w którym produkt uwodornienia wegla metoda ekstrakcji dezintegra- cyjnej poddaje sie najpierw desylacji prózniowej, a nastepnie ekstrakcji nadkrytycznej. Osiaga sie to sposobem wed¬ lug wynalazku, w którym przemiane chemiczna surowca weglowego i wydzielanie produktu pro¬ wadzi sie jednoczesnie, a ponadto w bezwodnym srodowisku reakcji. Charakteryzuje sie on znacznie podwyzszonym stosunkiem atomowym H/C i obnizona zawartoscia tlenu i siarki w porównaniu z wyjsciowym surowcem. Przyklad I. 10 cz. wag. powietrznie suchego wegla kamiennego, rozdrobnionego do ziarna poni¬ zej 0,2 mm, charakteryzujacego sie stosunkiem ato¬ mowym H/C = 0,86 i zawartoscia wegla pierwiast¬ kowego Cb=72,P/o i popiolu Aa =13,5% oraz sproszkowana mieszanine 1,5 cz. wag. wegla sodo¬ wego i 8,5 cz. wag. tlenku wapniowego zawiesza sie w 170 cz. wag. metanolu. It is known that a factor complicating many processes of conversion of coal to liquid fuels is its low solubility. The degree of coal conversion, i.e. the amount of soluble and liquid products produced, depends on the type of raw material, the process conditions and the quantitative ratios of the reactants used. Most of the currently developed methods of carbon liquefaction in the first stage consist in the facilitating transformation of suspended carbon into for example, in an oil solvent of suitable composition and physico-chemical properties (see Patent Nos. 98,055, 96,887) or other solvents of a hydrogen donor nature, or on hydrogenation with molecular hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst. The process is carried out at high temperature and increased pressure. Under these conditions, thermal degradation of the organic structure of the carbon and hydrogenation of the resulting decomposition intermediate products occurs. The intermediate product obtained in this way requires, in the second and possibly further stages, very difficult steps to separate from the solvent, unreacted carbon and minerals before further processing into final products. These operations include filtration, gravity separation, distillation and supercritical extraction. From the Polish patent specification No. 110 700 there is known, for example, a method in which the product of coal hydrogenation by the disintegrative extraction method is firstly subjected to vacuum desylation and then supercritical extraction. This is always accompanied by the loss of desired products, which additionally increases the costs of the entire process. In connection with the above, the methods of its solubilization, in which both the reagents used and the conditions of the process, are of great importance for the future of coal processing. they enable, while maintaining high efficiency, an easy separation of the obtained products from the insoluble part, the solvent and mineral substances. This is achieved by the method according to the invention, in which the chemical transformation of the coal raw material and the release of the product are carried out simultaneously and, moreover, in an anhydrous reaction environment. The method of solubilizing hard coal, brown coal, peat and other carbonaceous materials according to the invention consists in that that the crushed coal is subjected to the action of alcohol, preferably methyl alcohol, in the presence of a mixture of sodium or potassium carbonate and calcium oxide or hydroxide under supercritical conditions with respect to alcohol. The process of solubilization of the coal according to the invention with the use of a mixture sodium or potassium carbonate and oxide 140 87814 »SW 3 4 or calcium hydroxide provides an anhydrous reaction environment, because this mixture binds the residual water contained in the coal raw material and alcohol, thanks to which a high effect of transformation of the organic substance of the carbon material is obtained, expressed by the degree of hydrogenation product and dissolve it resistance to organic solvents. Conducting the process in supercritical conditions in relation to alcohol causes that it simultaneously performs the role of a reagent in relation to the coal raw material and the role of a solvent for its transformation products. C. It is characterized by a significantly higher H / C atomic ratio and a reduced content of oxygen and sulfur compared to the raw material. It is completely soluble in many organic solvents, such as toluene, chloroform, pyridine, alcohols and others, and is practically free of mineral substances. The following examples explain the method of the invention without limiting its scope. . wt. air-dry hard coal, comminuted to a grain of less than 0.2 mm, characterized by an atomic ratio H / C = 0.86 and the content of elemental carbon Cb = 72, P / o and ash Aa = 13.5%, and powdered mixture of 1.5 parts wt. soda ash and 8.5 parts wt. calcium oxide is suspended in 170 parts. wt. methanol. The suspension is heated at 350 ° C and 12 MPa pressure for 1 hour. After cooling, the methanol is separated by distillation. 7 parts of pyridine are separated from the residue by extraction. wt. a soluble carbon product having an atomic ratio H / C = 1.09. Example II. In the mixer, a suspension is prepared consisting of lfO part. wt. methanol, 8.5 parts wt. powdered calcium oxide and 10 parts. wt. pulverized brown coal below 0.5 mm, characterized by the atomic ratio H / C = 0; 92 and the content of primary carbon Ca = 56.7%, moisture Wa = 5.0% and ash Aa = 9.5 %. The slurry is continuously introduced into a pressure reactor provided with an agitator, which reactor contains 1.5 parts. wt. powdered sodium carbonate and supercritical methanol: at 350 ° C. and 15 MPa. At the same time, an equal amount of the overcrete phase is discharged into the separator through the expansion valve. The separator is maintained at atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 100 ° C. Alcohol vapors and gaseous reaction products, mainly light hydrocarbons, are removed from the top of the separator. After liquefaction, the alcohol is returned to the preparation of the reaction mixture. 6.5 parts are collected from the bottom of the separator. wt. soluble carbon product with atomic ratio H / C = 1.31. The insoluble residual carbon and minerals, mainly carbonaceous sodium and calcium, are periodically removed from the lower part of the reactor.
