Przypodlogowa listwa przyscienna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przypodlogowa listwa przyscienna. Istota wzoru jest nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma zewnetrzna listwy, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej listew przypodlogowych przejawia sie w szczególnosci w jej oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym przedstawiono w przekroju poprzecznym przypodlogowa listwe przyscienna. Cechy istotne listwy bedacej przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace:1. Przypodlogowa listwa przyscienna ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt litery „L" z dwoma umieszczonymi prostopadle wypustami zatrzaskowymi, jak uwidoczniono na rysunku. 2. Wypusty zatrzaskowe przypodlogowej listwy przysciennej sa w przekroju poprzecznym zakonczone ukosnymi elementami z których dolny jest skierowany ukosnie do góry, a górny jest skierowany ukosnie na dól, jak uwidoczniono na rysunku. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a skirting board. The essence of the design is the new external form of the board, suitable for repeated reproduction, which, in comparison to previously known skirting boards, manifests itself in particular in its original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows a cross-section of the skirting board. The essential features of the board that is the subject of this industrial design are as follows: 1. The cross-section of the skirting board is in the shape of the letter "L" with two perpendicularly arranged latching protrusions, as shown in the drawing. 2. The snap-in lugs of the skirting board are terminated in a cross-section with diagonal elements, the lower one pointing diagonally upwards and the upper one pointing diagonally downwards, as shown in the drawing.
