Description

Platki opony twardej sa zwykle niewielkich rozmiarów, a ponad¬ to trudno sie je modeluje podczas zabiegu. Przyklad. In many clinical situations it is necessary to use a material to replace weakened or damaged tissues of the patient. Until now, plastics have been used for this purpose, or hard tires. The hard tire was taken from a corpse in the form of solid plaques. The tire panels were preserved in alcohol, then rinsed and packed in EaCl solution and removed with gamma rays. The material thus obtained has numerous disadvantages. The dura mater is usually small in size and is also difficult to shape during surgery. Another disadvantage of a dura mater in the form of a solid sheet is that a reservoir of fluid or a hematoma is often formed beneath it, which is the source of infection. rinsing and packing in NaCl solution and exposing with radiation rays, the dura mater flakes are cut after the rinsing process in such a way that a net is formed after their stretching. Reticulated allogeneic dura graft is easy to model, does not cause hematoma formation, heals more easily, and moreover, the amount of antigen introduced into the patient's body is much smaller than with the use of a reticulated dura. The dura mater flakes collected from the corpse were placed in a freezer for 24 hours at -30 ° C -32 ° C, then thawed, washed, rinsed and poured with 95% alcohol for 48 hours. After removal from the alcohol, the flakes were incised with the Ziromer Dermatome used for enlarging the skin grafts by the mesh method, and rinsed 4 times for 48 hours in 0.9% NaCl solution. The material was packed in foil wrappers in 0.9% NaCl solution and exposed to gamma rays with a dose of 3.3 Mrad. After checking the quality of the attached sporotests, a material ready for clinical use was obtained.2 140 198 Patent claim A method of preparing a biostatic dural allogeneic graft consisting in taking a dura mater from a corpse, preserving it in alcohol, rinsing and packing in NaCl solution and exposing it with gamma rays, characterized by the fact that after the rinsing process, the tire lobe is cut in such a way that, after its stretching, a mesh is created.
