The essence of a bottle cap according to the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and its ornamentation. 10 The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle cap from above, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle cap in cross-section.
