Prowadzi to do pogorszenia wskazników zuzycia surowców, a nawet uniemozliwia prace instalacji. Przyklad. In the processes of producing allyl chloride, where the heat of reaction is used to heat propylene, and hydrogen chloride is separated from the reaction mixture by rectification, it is very present. strong interaction of disturbances in the operation of apparatuses and devices. Particular intensity of disturbances takes place during commissioning of the installation, when the operating parameters and composition of technological streams are still unstable. The high sensitivity of the chlorination process to slight changes in temperature, pressure, moisture of raw materials and changes in other parameters is the main reason for the difficulties encountered in starting the installation of allyl chloride. According to thermodynamic data, under the conditions of chlorination, several competitive reactions can take place, including those leading to the accumulation of carbon and hydrogen chloride in the reaction products. In the process of starting the process, soot and coke are very easily produced. This is presumed to be due to pressure variations and is dependent on the degree of mixing of the reactants in the reactor system. It is very difficult to maintain a constant pressure and constant flow rate of technological streams during the start-up of the installation. It is enough for the resistance in the pump, column or other device to increase and the pressure in the reactor system to change. The soot formed in the reactor system is deposited in the membrane heat exchanger and increases the resistance on the post-reaction gas outflow line, which increases the emission of soot, worsens heat transfer and, as a result, forces the installation to be stopped for cleaning. In the technical literature on the subject, there is no information on how to conduct the process and, in particular, how to start the allyl chloride installation, in order to quickly stabilize the operating conditions of the installation and smoothly reach the assumed production volumes and thus minimize the negative phenomena and loss of production. The essence of the invention is a method for the production of allyl chloride by chlorination of propylene at a temperature of up to 500 ° C with preliminary mixing of gaseous substrates in the i2 139 088 mixing chamber using the heat of reaction in the chlorination process and by rectifying hydrogen chloride release from post-reaction gases. Through the mixing chamber and further through the reactor, heat exchangers, rectification column for the separation of hydrogen chloride and through the reflux tank of this column, nitrogen is passed when the process is started in an amount of at least 20% by weight of chlorine then introduced into the system and after 10 30 seconds, chlorine begins to introduce up to 60% of the assumed amount, and after exceeding 66% of this amount, the nitrogen supply is interrupted and nitrogen is discharged from the system through the venting connector on the reflux tank of the hydrogen chloride rectification column, and it is kept in this tank. the liquid, containing mainly propylene and hydrogen chloride, for up to 30 minutes, then the entire contents of the reflux tank is directed to the top of the column, and then, after reaching 95% volumetric hydrogen chloride in the vapors from the column, the tank is filled with liquid reflux and the tank is kept in its condition. the liquid ensuring stable operation of the column. As a result of such starting the process In the production of allyl chloride, the operating parameters of the reactor system and the column for rectifying hydrogen chloride separation are stabilized within 2 hours, and then the assumed production capacity. It is presumed that the nitrogen flowing through the reactor system and through the rectification column for the evolution of hydrogen chloride stabilizes the gas flow rate and resistance, and contributes to better mixing in the first stage of the process, which prevents the formation of soot and coke. Also, the removal of nitrogen from the installation, at the point of the process indicated according to the invention, disrupts the reaction of propylene and hydrogen chloride to 2-chloropropane, taking place in the system for producing reflux at the rectification column. The formation of 2-chloropropane is catalyzed by the catalytic complexes of iron and organochlorine compounds. The emptying of the reflux tank interrupts this process. The start-up of the allyl chloride installation equipped with a system for rectifying hydrogen chloride from the reaction mixture in a manner different than described in the invention leads to rapid clogging of the reactor node with carbon, soot and tar compounds and hinders the interruption of the propylene reaction. with hydrogen chloride to 2-chloropropane. This leads to a deterioration in the consumption rates of raw materials and even prevents the installation from working. The result of the invention is the possibility of producing allyl chloride in installations having a rectification system for hydrogen chloride separation with a selectivity of 77 mol% and higher allyl chloride based on the chlorine used, even in the case of frequent shutdowns and plant start-ups. The equipment of the allyl chloride plant shown in the drawing was filled before start-up with dried propylene with a maximum moisture content of 5 ppm and by controlling the heating of the evaporator £ -18, propylene circulation was forced at the rate of 10 500 kg / h. The temperature of the propylene flowing to the R-3 reactor was kept at about 270 ° C by heating reactions in the F-1 furnace. In the V-7, V-12 and V-17 tanks and in the K-9 and K column cups Maintain the liquid propylene level at around 50% fill. The proper start-up of the installation was started by opening the nitrogen flow through line B, and after 10-30 seconds, opening of the supply of chlorine to the mixing device M-2 through line C with a flow rate of 2500 kg / h. The simultaneous flow of nitrogen and chlorine was maintained for 10-20 s, after which the nitrogen flow was shut off. As chlorine was introduced into the reactor system, there was a sharp increase in the temperature in reactor R3, the temperature of the propylene leaving the heat exchanger E-4, and the temperature of the propylene leaving the furnace F-1. After 5 minutes, the temperature in the R-3 reactor reached 460 ° C, the temperature of the propylene leaving the E-4 heat exchanger reached 275 ° C and the temperature of the propylene supplied to the M-2 mixing device at 3 ° C 0 ° C. of dried propylene in an amount that maintains the circulating propylene flow rate at 10,500 kg / h. 1-2 minutes after the introduction of chlorine, the temperature dropped at the top of column K-9, which indicated the appearance of hydrogen chloride in the vapors of this column. From then on, the liquid level in the reflux tank V-12 was maintained for about 20 minutes, and the gases were tempered through the line D with a constant flow rate to maintain a constant pressure of about 0.16 MPa at the top of the column. The reflux tank was completely emptied with a photo. V-12 and it was refilled to the level enabling stable regulation of the column operation only after reaching 95% vol * of hydrogen chloride in the vapors from the column, which corresponds to the top temperature of about -71 ° C. By regulating the heating of the evaporator £ -13 and the amount of reflux by cooling the condenser E -11, the temperature of -74 ° C to -76 ° C at the top of the K-9 column and -28 ° C in the barrel of this column was obtained within about 2 hours from the moment of introducing chlorine into the reactor system. was above 98.5% by volume and in the bottom product below 0.4% by weight * After a few hours, the chlorine flow was gradually increased to the optimum value of 3100 kg / h, reaching the temperature in the reactor at 485 ° C * In these conditions, the synthesis of allyl chloride was carried out by supplying fresh propylene through the A line in the amount of about 1800 kg / h and receiving hydrogen chloride through the D line in the amount of about 1400 kg / h with the content of about 99% vol * HCl and allyl chloride through the F line in the amount of about 2600 kg / h content of about 98.5% CJtLCl.
