Przedmiotem wynalazku jest tarcza cierna przekladni redukcyjnej, stosowanej w przyciagar¬ kach i wciagarkach ciernych.Znane tarcze cierne przekladni redukcyjnej wciagarek i przyciagarek ciernych stanowia jeden element nierozbieralny, w którym wyróznia sie piaste, pierscien nosny i wieniec cierny. 1 przedstawia tarcze cierna wraz z czescia przekladni redukcyjnej w pionowym przekroju wzdluznym, fig. Przyklad III. Podobnie do przykladu II tarcza cierna zawiera dwa oddzielne elementy, w postaci wienca ciernego 3 i tarczy czolowej 4. The known friction discs of a reduction gear of friction winches and winches constitute one non-disassembleable element, which includes hubs, a wear ring and a friction ring. The friction disc hub is used to mount it on the reduction gear drive shaft and is connected to the shaft by means of a form coupling. The friction disc shaped in this way loads the radial force of the drive shaft during gear operation. The radial force causes a significant load on the bending shaft and a radial load on the bearing nodes of this shaft. The result is an excessive geometric expansion of the dimensions of both the shafts and the bearing units. The friction plate according to the invention comprises flanged bushings attached to the reduction gear housing. Tujeja, including the bearings, is the hub of the friction disc on which the friction ring is seated. The friction disc has a front plate through which the drive shaft of the reduction gear is connected with the friction ring. The drive shaft is mounted in the face plate by means of a shaped coupling, while in the sleeve - by means of a bearing, which acts as a rotating shaft support. The friction plate is permanently connected to the face plate, preferably by means of a coupling or bolted connections. The use of the friction plate according to the invention makes it possible to fully load the drive shaft of the reduction gear to a radial load. The elimination of this radial load allows the use of more slender shafts and smaller bearings. In addition, a compact and technologically advantageous structure is obtained not only of the disc itself, but also of the bearing and drive assembly of the reduction gear. The subject of the invention is described in the examples and illustrated. the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the friction disc with a part of the reduction gear in a vertical longitudinal section, fig. 2 - details of the friction ring connection with the face plate by means of a clutch, and fig. 3 - details of the friction ring connection with the face plate by means of screws Example I. A friction disc has a sleeve 1 with a flange 2, a friction rim 3 and a face plate 4. The friction ring 3 is seated on the sleeve 1 by means of two 5 rolling bearings 2 137 844 Inside the sleeve 1 there is a third 6-rolling bearing, which is support for the drive shaft 7 of the reduction gear 8. The drive shaft 7 is connected by means of and a shape coupling 9 with the face plate 4, the face plate 4 and the wear ring 3 forming one component. The bushing 1 is screwed by means of a flange 2 with screws 10 to the housing 11 of the reduction gear 8. Example II. The friction plate is constructed similarly to the structure of example I. It differs in the connection of the face plate 4 with the friction ring 3. Both these elements are separate parts which are connected with each other by means of a 12-tooth clutch. Example III. Similar to example II, the friction disc comprises two separate elements, in the form of a friction rim 3 and a face disc 4. In this solution, the friction rim 3 is connected to the face disc 4 by means of screws 13. Disclaimers 1.
