Paleta ekologiczna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest paleta ekologiczna przeznaczona do transportu i skladowania róznych opakowan pod wzgledem gabarytów i ciezarów w szczególnosci jednostkowych lub zintegrowanych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac palety nadana jej przez cechy ksztaltu i material z którego jest wykonana. Paleta ekologiczna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zbudowana jest na bazie wierzchniej plyty nosnej wykonanej z wielowarstwowej tektury, która wystepuje o róznej wielkosci powierzchni w zaleznosci od przeznaczenia. Do spodniej czesci plyty nosnej przyklejone sa stopy o ksztalcie prostopadloscianów otwartych obustronnie a wewnatrz posiadajace wypelnienie kartonowe, jak pokazano na ilustracji fig. 1 do fig. 5. Paleta wystepuje w pieciu odmianach jak pokazano na ilustracji fig. 1 do fig. 5. The industrial design is for an ecological pallet intended for the transport and storage of various packages, particularly individual or integrated packages, in terms of size and weight. The essence of the industrial design is the pallet's new and unique form, given its unique shape and material. The ecological pallet, as designed in the industrial design, is constructed around a top load-bearing board made of multi-layer cardboard, which comes in varying surface areas depending on its intended use. To the bottom of the supporting plate there are feet glued in the shape of cuboids, open on both sides and with a cardboard filling inside, as shown in illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. The pallet is available in five varieties, as shown in illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a pallet with two symmetrically spaced feet under the plate, Fig. 2 shows a pallet with three symmetrically spaced feet, which have rectangular cutouts in them perpendicular to the feet, constituting additional places for inserting the forks of a lift truck, Fig. 3 shows a pallet with three full symmetrically spaced feet, Fig. 4 shows a pallet with two top and bottom plates and between them with three symmetrically spaced feet, which have rectangular cutouts in them for inserting forklift truck, wherein the middle foot is double, and Fig. 5 shows a pallet with features as shown in Fig. 4 but shown with the top plate turned downwards, which in the bottom plate has recesses at the intersections of channels created for the introduction of the forks of a lift truck. The essential features of the industrial design are the material of multi-layer cardboard from which the plates and feet together with the filling are made, and the shape of the feet in the form of cuboids with bases open on both sides and cardboard visible inside, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The essential features of the design variant are two symmetrically spaced feet, as shown in photograph Fig. 1. The essential features of the next design variant are three symmetrically spaced feet in which there are double rectangular cutouts perpendicular to the feet, as shown in photograph Fig. 2.
