Okladka ksiazki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest okladka ksiazki, wspólna dla serii wydawniczej wystepujacej w obrocie handlowym pod wspólna nazwa „DLA BYSTRZAKÓW". Bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego oklada ksiazki, odznacza sie od znanych, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, nowym, indywidualnym wygladem, nowym ukladem linii konturowych tworzacych czwórpodzial wytworu, a takze cha- rakterystyczna kolorystyka. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego pokazano w odmianach wykonania na zala- czonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia w projekcji akso- nometrycznej okladke ksiazki z symetrycznym czwórpodzialem kolorystycznym, fig. 2 okladke wedlug wzoru w czwórpodziale asymetrycznym, z kolei fig. 3 ukazu- je okladke w czwórpodziale symetrycznym wlasciwa dla poradników, a fig. 4 - okladke w podziale asymetrycznym wlasciwa dla serii przewodników. Wszystkie postacie wytworu zostaly pokazane równiez na ilustracji zbiorczej. Jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym charakterystyczna cecha ujawnionej okladki jest jej czwórpodzial utworzony przez usytuowane pra- woskosnie ku górze linie ograniczajace poszczególne pola kolorystyczne okladki. I tak dla okladki w symetrycznym podziale kolorystycznym (fig. 1) przy jej pozio- mych krawedziach sa umieszczone pasy koloru zóltego, przy czym dolny jest pa-sem o ksztalcie prostokata, a górny ma ksztalt trapezu. Ponizej niego rozposciera sie szeroki pas koloru czarnego, którego skierowane prawoskosnie ku górze linie sa równolegle. Jest to pas, na którym kolorem bialym jest nadrukowany tytul ksiazki - pokazany jedynie na fotografii, a na materiale ilustracyjnym nie ujawniony oraz nazwa serii wydawniczej, w tym przypadku „DLA BYSTRZAKÓW". W sasiedztwie dolnej krawedzi pola tytulowego jest umieszczony waski pas koloru zóltego odcinajacy pole tytulowe od dolnej czesci okladki majacej ksztalt trapezu. To z kolei pole na materiale ilustracyjnym pokazane jako szare jest przeznaczone do zadrukowania go obrazem tematycznie powiazanym z tytulem ksiazki - jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji. W poblizu grzbietu okladki, w polu dolnego zóltego pasa jest usytuowany znak towarowy wydawcy serii wydawniczej przypi- sany do konkretnej linii tematycznej edytowanych poradników, natomiast w srod- kowej czesci tego pasa jest wkomponowany element graficzny - ikona przedsta- wiajaca stylizowana postac zwana bystrzakiem. Ten element jest wykonany czarna kreska. Grzbiet okladki jest podzielony na trzy pasy, waski zólty od góry, czarny oddzielajacy pas górny od zóltego dolnego, na którym umieszczono napis DLA BYSTRZAKÓW. U dolu grzbietu okladki powtórzono reprodukcje znaku towa- rowego wydawcy serii, a w sasiedztwie górnej krawedzi grzbietu okladki jest pow- tórzona ikona przedstawiajaca bystrzaka. W przypadku okladki o asymetrycznym podziale kolorystycznym (fig. 2) przy jej górnej poziomej krawedzi jest umieszczony pas koloru zóltego, odciety po luku w okolicach V* szerokosci okladki i w tym miejscu przechodzacy w pole przez- naczone dla reprodukcji korelujacej z tytulem ksiazki bedacej przewodnikiem - na materiale ilustracyjnym jest to pole koloru szarego. Na granicy tych pól jest wkom-ponowany element graficzny - ikona przedstawiajaca stylizowana postac zwana bystrzakiem. Ponizej tej czesci rozposciera sie szeroki pas koloru czarnego, któ- rego skierowane prawoskosnie ku górze linie sa równolegle, przy czym górna krawedz konczy sie lukiem wkleslym ku dolowi. Na tle tego pasa kolorem zóltym jest nadrukowany tytul ksiazki - na materiale ilustracyjnym nie ujawniony oraz nazwa serii wydawniczej, w tym przypadku „DLA BYSTRZAKÓW". W sasiedztwie dolnej krawedzi pola tytulowego jest umieszczony pas koloru zóltego odcinajacy pole tytulowe od szarej (na materiale ilustracyjnym) czesci okladki majacej ksztalt trapezu. W sasiedztwie prawego dolnego rogu okladki jest usytuowany znak towa- rowy wydawcy serii wydawniczej przypisany do konkretnej linii tematycznej edytowanych przewodników. Grzbiet okladki jest podzielony na trzy pasy, od góry jest to pas zadrukowany miniatura reprodukcji z dolnej czesci okladki, w srodkowej czesci czarny z nadrukowanym na bialo tytulem, który to pas oddziela pas górny od zóltego dolnego, na którym umieszczono napis DLA BYSTRZAKÓW. U dolu grzbietu okladki powtórzono reprodukcje znaku towarowego wydawcy serii. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. The book cover that is the subject of the industrial design is distinguished from known, similar products in terms of form by a new, individual appearance, a new arrangement of contour lines creating a quadruplicate of the product, as well as a characteristic color scheme. The utility model is shown in various embodiments in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows an axonometric projection of a book cover with a symmetrical four-part color division, Fig. 2 shows a cover according to the pattern with an asymmetrical four-part division, Fig. 3 shows a cover with a symmetrical four-part division typical of guidebooks, and Fig. 4 shows a cover with an asymmetrical division typical of a series of guidebooks. All forms of the product are also shown in the collective illustration. As shown in the attached illustrations, a characteristic feature of the disclosed cover is its four-part division, created by lines running right-angled upwards, delimiting the individual color fields of the cover. For example, for a cover with a symmetrical color division (Fig. 1), yellow stripes are placed along its horizontal edges, the lower one being rectangular, and the upper one trapezoidal. Below it stretches a wide black stripe, with parallel lines running upwards and diagonally to the right. This stripe bears the book's title printed in white—shown only in the photograph and not revealed in the artwork—as well as the name of the publishing series, in this case "FOR THE INTELLIGENT." Near the lower edge of the title field is a narrow yellow stripe, separating the title field from the lower, trapezoidal part of the cover. This gray area on the illustrative material is intended for printing with an image thematically related to the book's title, as shown in the attached illustration. Near the spine of the cover, in the lower yellow band, is the series publisher's trademark, assigned to the specific thematic line of the edited guides. In the center of this band, a graphic element is incorporated—an icon depicting a stylized figure known as a smart-ass. This element is executed in black. The cover spine is divided into three bands: a narrow yellow one at the top, and a black one separating the top band from the bottom yellow band, which bears the inscription "FOR SMART-ASSES." At the bottom of the cover spine, a reproduction of the series publisher's trademark is repeated, and near the top edge of the cover spine, an icon depicting a smart-ass is repeated. In the case of the asymmetrically colored cover (fig. 2), a yellow stripe is placed at its upper horizontal edge, cut off in an arc around the V* of the cover width, where it transitions into a field intended for reproduction correlating with the title of the guidebook—this field is gray on the illustrative material. A graphic element is incorporated into the border of these fields—an icon depicting a stylized figure called a smart person. Below this section stretches a wide black stripe, with parallel lines extending upwards at a right angle, the upper edge ending in a concave arc downwards. The book's title—unrevealed on the illustrative material—is printed in yellow against the background of this stripe, along with the name of the publishing series, in this case "FOR THE SMART." A yellow stripe is placed near the bottom edge of the title field, separating it from the gray (in the illustration material) trapezoidal portion of the cover. Near the lower right corner of the cover is the series publisher's trademark, assigned to a specific thematic line of the edited guides. The spine of the cover is divided into three stripes: the top strip is printed with a miniature reproduction of the lower cover, while the middle strip is black with the title printed in white, separating the top strip from the bottom yellow strip, which contains the inscription "FOR INTELLIGENTS." At the bottom of the spine, a reproduction of the series publisher's trademark is repeated. Significant features of the industrial design: a new and unique arrangement of contour lines delimiting the product's form, giving it a distinctive look.
