Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie nawozów do owoców i warzyw majace postac prostopadlosciennego pudelka, którego sciana czolowa stanowi barwna etykiete. Znane sa opakowania nawozów w postaci prostopadlosciennych pu- delek, których scianki sa zaopatrzone w barwne ilustracje i napisy wska- zujace na ich przeznaczenie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac pudelka, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, ksztaltów i kolorystyke ilustracji rozmiesz- czonych na scianie czolowej. Opakowanie do nawozów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest prosto- padlosciennym pudelkiem tekturowym, którego sciana czolowa zawiera barwna ilustracje i napisy. W górnej czesci ilustracji jest ukazane niebieskie niebo z niewielkimi bia- lymi chmurkami, na którego tle jest rozmieszczone eliptyczne zólte pole, a na nim usytuowany zielony znak firmowy producenta nawozów: „SUMIN". Ponizej znaku firmowego jest rozmieszczony centralnie zólty kilkuwier- szowy napis informacyjny. Caly napis jest wykonany pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym, grubym i lekko pochylonym w prawo, przy czym w górnym wierszu jest rozmieszczony wyraz: „Nawóz", wykonany - poza pierwsza litera „N" - malymi znakami. Pozostale wyrazy napisu, rozmieszczone w dolnych wierszach, sa wykonane duzymi zna- kami, a ich litery sa wyzsze i grubsze od liter wyrazu „Nawóz".W dolnej czesci ilustracji jes t ukazany zbiór owoców lub warzyw, do na- wozenia których jest przeznaczony nawóz. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru, pokazanej na Fig. 1, napis ma dwa dolne wiersze zawierajace wyrazy: „DO TRUSKAWEK" i „I POZIOMEK", a ponizej nich i czesciowo w ich tle sa ukazane z prawej strony galazki czerwonych truskawek z zielonymi liscmi i z lewej strony galazki czerwo- nych poziomek z bialymi kwiatkami i zielonymi liscmi. W drugiej odmianie wzoru, pokazanej na Fig. 2, napis ma dwa dolne wiersze zawierajace wyrazy: „DO DRZEW I KRZEWÓW" i „OWOCOWYCH", a w ich tle i ponizej jest ukazana kompozycja zlozona z widoku fragmentu drzewa jabloni z czerwonymi owocami oraz pojedynczych dorodnych owo- ców na pierwszym planie: zielonego agrestu, czerwonych jablek, pomaran- czowo-czerwonych brzoskwini, zóltych gruszek, czerwonych porzeczek i wisni wraz z zielonymi liscmi. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru, pokazanej na Fig. 3, napis ma jeden dol- ny wiersz zawierajacy wyrazy: „DO BORÓWEK" , a ponizej jes t ukazana galazka borówki wysokiej z zielonymi liscmi i gestymi gronami niebieskich owoców. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, pokazana na Fig. 4, posiada jeden dolny wiersz napisu zawierajacy wyrazy: „DO MALIN", a w jego tle i ponizej znajduje sie kompozycja gestych gron czerwonych malin i grana- towych jezyn z zielonymi liscmi oraz biale kwiatki jezyn. Piata odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, pokazana na Fig. 5, ma jeden dolny wiersz napisu zawierajacy wyrazy: „DO WINOROSLI", a w jego tle iponizej znajduja sie kiscie niebiesko-granatowych i zólto-zielonych wino- gron z zielonymi liscmi. Szósta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, pokazana na Fig. 6, ma jeden dolny wiersz napisu zawierajacy wyrazy: „DO WARZYW", a w jego tle i ponizej znajduje sie kompozycja wielu warzyw: galazek zielonej pietruszki, zóltej fasoli, zielonego groszku, pomaranczowej marchwi, blado fioletowej glówki i zabków czosnku, zielonej kapusty, bialo-zielonego poru i cebuli, karminowego buraczka z zielonymi liscmi, galazki czerwonych pomidorów, blado-pomaranczowej dyni i zielonych ogórków. W siódmej odmianie wzoru, pokazanej na Fig. 7, napis ma dwa dolne wiersze zawierajace wyrazy: „DO POMIDORÓW" i „I PAPRYKI", a w ich tle i ponizej jest ukazana kompozycja zlozona z gron czerwonych pomidorów wraz z zielonymi liscmi oraz zielonej, zóltej i czerwonej papryki. The subject of the industrial design is a packaging of fertilizers for fruit and vegetables in the form of a rectangular box. The subject of the industrial design is a packaging of fertilizers for fruit and vegetables in the form of a rectangular box, the front wall of which constitutes a colored label. Fertilizer packaging in the form of rectangular boxes is known, the walls of which are provided with colored illustrations and inscriptions indicating their purpose. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the box, given to it in particular by the features of the lines, shapes, and colors of the illustrations arranged on the front wall. The subject of the industrial design is shown in seven variants in the attached photographs, with subsequent figures in the photographs showing: Fig. 1: the front wall of the fertilizer packaging in the first variant of the industrial design; Fig. 2: the front wall of the fertilizer packaging according to the second variant of the industrial design; Fig. 3 the front wall of a fertilizer packaging constituting the third variant of the industrial design; Fig. 4 the front wall of a fertilizer packaging in the fourth variant of the industrial design; Fig. 5 the front wall of a fertilizer packaging constituting the fifth variant of the industrial design, Fig. 6 the front wall of a fertilizer packaging according to the sixth variant of the industrial design, and Fig. 7 the front wall of a fertilizer packaging in the seventh variant of the industrial design. The fertilizer packaging according to the industrial design is a cuboidal cardboard box, the front wall of which contains color illustrations and inscriptions. The upper part of the illustration shows a blue sky with small white clouds, against which there is an elliptical yellow field, and on it the green trademark of the fertilizer manufacturer: "SUMIN". Below the trademark is a centrally placed yellow information inscription consisting of several lines. The entire inscription is written in a single-element, sans-serif font, bold and slightly tilted to the right, with the word "Nawozów" (Fertilizer) in lowercase letters in the top line, except for the first letter "N". The remaining words of the inscription, placed in the lower lines, are written in uppercase letters, and their letters are higher and thicker than the letters of the word "Nawozów". The lower part of the illustration shows a set of fruits or vegetables for which the fertilizer is intended. In the first variant of the design, shown in Fig. 1, the inscription has two lower lines containing the words: "DO RUSKAWEK" (TO TRUSK) and "I POZIOMEK" (AND STRIPE), and below them and partially in their background are branches of red strawberries with green leaves shown on the right and on the left, branches of red strawberries with white flowers and green leaves. In the second variant of the design, shown in Fig. 2, the inscription has two bottom lines containing the words: "TO TREES AND SHRUBS" and "FRUIT", and in their background and below there is a composition consisting of a view of a fragment of an apple tree with red fruit and single, ripe fruit in the foreground: green gooseberries, red apples, orange-red peaches, yellow pears, red currants and cherries with green leaves. In the third variant of the design, shown in Fig. 3, the inscription has one bottom line containing the words: "TO BLUEBERRIES", and below there is a branch of highbush blueberries with green leaves and dense clusters of blue fruit. The fourth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, has one bottom line of the inscription containing the words: "DO MALIN", and in its background and below there is a composition of dense clusters of red raspberries and navy blue blackberries with green leaves and white blackberry flowers. The fifth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 5, has one bottom line of the inscription containing the words: "DO WINOROSLI", and in its background and below there are clusters of blue-navy blue and yellow-green grapes with green leaves. The sixth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 6, has one bottom line of inscription containing the words: "TO WARZYW" (FOR VEGETABLES), and in its background and below there is a composition of many vegetables: sprigs of green parsley, yellow beans, green peas, orange carrots, pale purple heads and cloves of garlic, green cabbage, white-green leeks and onions, carmine beetroot with green leaves, a sprig of red tomatoes, pale orange pumpkins and green cucumbers. In the seventh variant of the design, shown in Fig. 7, the inscription has two bottom lines containing the words: "TO TOMATOES" and "AND PEPPERS", and in their background and below there is a composition of clusters of red tomatoes with green leaves and green, yellow and red peppers. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The fertilizer packaging according to the industrial design is a cuboid box whose front wall contains a colorful illustration, the manufacturer's trademark, and informational inscriptions. The upper part of the illustration shows a blue sky, and against its background is an elliptical yellow field containing the manufacturer's green trademark. The middle and lower parts of the illustration show a composition of colorful fruits or vegetables for which the fertilizer is intended. 2. The informational inscription indicating the fertilizer's intended use is located centrally in the middle part and is colored yellow.
