UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych ele- mentów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikaja- cych z charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji polaczenia ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. I pokazano siatke uchwytu, na fig. 2 uchwyt w prze- kroju wzdluznym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie na fig. 3 - przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku ogólnym z góry, na fig. 4 - uchwyt w wi- doku ogólnym z dolu i na fig. 5 - uchwyt w przekroju wzdluznym. CECH Y ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku stanowi kompozycje profili: jednego w formie plaskownika podwójnie wygietego w luk i wypuklego w stosunku do osi wzdluznej i poprzecznej, stanowiacegokorpus i dwóch profili o owalnym przekroju stanowiacych stopy, przy czym zewnetrzna, wypukla strona korpusu w czesci pomiedzy stopami jest pokry- ta naprzemiennie nastepujacymi po sobie zlobionymi polami, gdzie wyzlo- bienia sa ulozone wzdluznie lub poprzecznie w stosunku do osi przebiega- jacej przez obie stopy uchwytu, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fotografii fig.3 do fig. 5.Fig. 1Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLFURNITURE HANDLE The subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle, designed to assist in the closing and opening of movable furniture elements. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the characteristic decorative and functional effects, the composition of the combined shape, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. I shows the handle's grid, Fig. 2 shows the handle in longitudinal cross-section, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the handle in a general view from above, Fig. 4 shows the handle in a general view from below, and Fig. 5 shows the handle in longitudinal cross-section. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The furniture handle is characterized in that in a side view it is a composition of profiles: one in the form of a flat bar double-bent into an arc and convex in relation to the longitudinal and transverse axes, constituting the body, and two profiles with an oval cross-section constituting the feet, where the outer, convex side of the body in the part between the feet is covered with alternately successive grooved fields, where the grooves are arranged longitudinally or transversely in relation to the axis running through both feet of the handle, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 to Fig. 5.
