Wynalazek niniejszy dotyczy udosko¬ nalonego urzadzenia alarmowego, prze¬ znaczonego do sygnalizowania uszkodze¬ nia w przewodach roboczych linij telegra¬ ficznych. DA , DB i Dx. Podobne przyrzady znajduja sie w kazdem odgale¬ zieniu.W razie pojawienia sie pradu w prze¬ wodzie L prad ten przetransformuje sie do galezi nadawczej i odbiorczej, wzbu¬ dzajac przekazniki grupy 1x2. Jezeli za¬ niknie prad w przewodzie L, np. wskutek przerwania go, uziemienia luib zwarcia, to wszystkie przekazniki grupy 1, nip. 1A, 1 B i / X, rozmagnesuja sie, co spowo¬ duje równiez rozmagnesowanie sie prze¬ kazników grupy 2, np. 2A, 2B i 2X. Roz¬ magnesowanie sie przekaznika 2A spowo¬ duje polaczenie nadawczego obwodu 9 abonenta z przekaznikiem wylaczajacym 7, wskutek czego abonent w razie nada¬ wania w dalszym ciagu bedzie odbieral swe wlasne sygnaly. Okolicznosc ta za¬ wiadomi abonenta o zepsuciu sie linji, a wiec zaprzestanie on nadawac sygnaly.Rozmagnesowanie sie wszystkich prze¬ kazników grupy 1 spowoduje przerwanie sie obwodu 8 i uruchomienie przyrzadu alarmowego. Przekazniki 2B i 2X spelniaja te same czynnosci, co i prze¬ kaznik 2A. Takiez przyrzady wlaczone sa w inne odgalezienie odbiorcze. Do kotwicy przekaznika odbiorczego 2 przylaczony jest obwód odbiorczy 6A odgalezienia A. Na rysunku uwidoczniono równiez czesc obwo¬ du nadawczego. Do kotwicy i kontaktów przekaznika odbiorczego kazdego z odga¬ lezien przylaczone sa przekazniki alarmo¬ we, np. 4A i 4B. Z kotwicami i kontaktami wszystkich przekazników grupy 4, np. 4A i 4B, polaczony jest obwód 9, zawierajacy uzwojenia grupy przekazników alarmo¬ wych 5A i 5B, przyczem kazdemu z odga¬ lezien odbiorczych odpowiada jeden prze¬ kaznik 5. W tych warunkach grupa prze¬ kazników alarmowych, np. 4A i 4B, be¬ dzie nieczynna. Wtedy kotwice przekazników odbior¬ czych wlaczaja odmienne bieguny bateryj elektrycznych i przekazniki alarmowe zo¬ staja wzbudzone. Gdy wskutek zepsucia sie linji wszystkie przekazniki grupy 4 zo- stana wzbudzone, a ich kotwiczki sciagnie¬ te, obwód 9 zostaje zamkniety. Obwód 9 stanowi uziemienie, uzwojenie przekazni¬ ka 5A, kotwica i kontakt przekaznika 4A, dalsze uzwojenie przekazników grupy 5, dalsze kotwice i kontakty przekazników grupy 4, przewód 9', uzwojenie przekazni¬ ka 10, styk widelkowy, baterja 11 i zie¬ mia. Jezeli abonent odgalezienia A zacznie w tych wa¬ runkach nadawac sygnaly, to bedzie je odbieral zpowrotem, co zawiadomi go o zepsuciu sie linji. W podobny sposób in¬ ne przekazniki grupy 5 beda przylaczaly swoje obwody odbiorcze do kotwicy odpo¬ wiedniego przekaznika wylaczajacego, ce¬ lem zawiadomienia kazdego z abonentów o zepsuciu sie linji.Zamkniety obwód 9, wzbudzajac prze¬ kaznik 10, zamknie nastepujacy obwód: u- ziemienie, uzwojenie przekaznika 12, kon¬ takt i kotwica przekaznika 10, przewód 17, kontakty i kotwice przekazników 18 i 19, przewody 28 i 20, kotwica i kontakt przekaznika 10 do baterji 11 i uziemienia. Przekaznik 10 zamyka równiez nastepujacy obwód: baterja 11, kontakt i kotwica przekaznika 10, przewód 20, uzwojenie przekaznika termostatycznego 21, przewód 26% kontakt i kotwica przekaznika 22 i uziemienie.Wskutek tego nagrzewa sie uzwojenie przekaznika termostatycznego 21, który przestawia kotwice, i po uplywie w przy¬ blizeniu 40 sekund zamyka obwód, zawie¬ rajacy uziemienie, kotwice przekaznika 21, uzwojenie przekaznika 19, przewody 28 i 20, kotwice i kontakt przekaznika 10 i baterje, wzbudzajac jednoczesnie prze¬ kaznik 19. Nalezy zaznaczyc, ze prze¬ kaznik termostatyczny 21 dziala dosc wol¬ no i nie powraca do normalnego polozenia przed uplywem mniej wiecej 5 sekund po przerwaniu obwodu, uruchomiajacego ten przekaznik. Wzbudzony zas przekaznik 19 przerywa obwód przekaznika 12, wsku¬ tek czego zostaje chwilowo umozliwione wyslanie pradu na linje L2. Przekaznik 19 polaczy baterje 11 z uziemieniem przcz kotwice i kontakt przekaznika 10, prze¬ wód 20, kotwice i kontakt przekaznika 19, przewód 27 i uzwojenie przekaznika 22, z jednoczesnem wzbudzeniem przekaznika 22, który zamyka obwód, zawierajacy ba¬ terje 11, kotwice i kontakt przekaznika 10, przewody 20 i 28, lewa kotwice i kontakt przekaznika 22, przewód 29, prawy kon¬ takt i kotwice przekaznika 18, przewody 30 i 27, uzwojenie przekaznika 22 i uzie¬ mienie. Wzbudzony przekaznik 22 prócz zamkniecia opisane¬ go powyzej obwodu zamyka jeszcze naste¬ pujacy obwód: baterja 11, prawa kotwica i kontakt przekaznika 10, przewody 20 i 28, uzwojenie przekaznika termostatycz¬ nego 23, kontakt i prawa kotwica prze¬ kaznika 22 oraz uziemienie. Dzieki temu nagrzewa sie uzwojenie przekaznika ter¬ mostatycznego 23 i po uplywie w przybli¬ zeniu 40 sekund przekaznik ten zamyka swa kotwice i laczy baterje 11 z uziemie¬ niem przez kotwice i kontakt przekaznika 10, przewody 20 i 28, kotwice i kontakt przekaznika 23, przewód 31 i uzwojenie przekaznika 18, wzbudzajac jednoczesnie przekaznik 18. Zgodnie z powyzszem w razie zepsucia sie linji i uruchomienia urzadzenia alarmowego, wzdluz linji przeplywa okresowo prad, czynny kazdorazowo w ciagu mniej wiecej 5 sekund, poczem nastepuje przerwa 40- sekundowa. Po naprawieniu liiiji nastepu¬ je samoczynne zatrzymanie urzadzenia a- larmowego, wskutek czego zostaja odla¬ czona zespoly wylaczajacy i wlaczajacy, i przewód roboczy powraca do normalnej pracy. PL PLThis invention concerns an improved alarm device designed to signal faults in the working wires of telegraph lines. The alarm device according to the invention is activated when the working telegraph wire is broken, grounded, or briefly shorted. The devices comprising this device notify the telegraph operator and all subscribers connected to the line of any breakdown, so the operator will not continue transmitting along the broken line, knowing that the signals transmitted over it are not being received. The above device will also prevent the operation of the transmitting equipment at the station in the event of a line breakdown. Another feature of the device which is the subject of the present invention is the use of devices which enable, after a line failure, the disconnection of the damaged line from the mains until it is repaired, after which the telegraph and alarm devices are restored to their normal condition. Further objects and characteristics of the invention will be explained in the detailed description below. The drawing shows two examples of the invention, where Fig. 1 shows one and Fig. 2 shows the second example, containing the most advantageous variant of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a telegraph wire; the branches cooperate alternately with branches A, A1, B, B1. Stations equipped with transmitting circuits common to a certain number of transmitting branches, e.g. A', B* and X' are coupled to each end of this wire. Also coupled to wire L is a receiving circuit, common to a number of receiving branches, e.g., A, B, and X. The transmitting branches contain filters, e.g., F\A, F'B, and F'A, and oscillating circuits O'A, O*B, and O'x, designed to send currents of different frequencies onto line L. Each receiving branch contains filters, e.g., F A, FB, and Fx, and detectors, e.g., DA, DB, and Dx. In each of the individual receiving branches, a receiving relay, e.g., 3, and alarm relays 1A, 1B, and IX are incorporated in the low-frequency circuit. Circuit 8, to which the contacts of all the relays mentioned above are connected in parallel, is dependent on the set of relays i. A series of shorting relays is connected to this circuit, e.g., 2A, 2B, 2X. Circuit 8 also contains an alarm device 10, which consists of appropriate signaling devices, e.g., a light bulb and a buzzer. The drawing shows, at one of the receiving branches A, the subscriber receiving circuit 4 and its transmitting circuit 5. The subscriber receiving circuit is closed by the armature and contact of relay 2A. The transmitting circuit of the subscriber is connected to the transmitting circuit of the transmitter 6 and the switch 7. Similar devices are located in each branch. If a current appears in the L conductor, this current is transformed into the transmitting and receiving branches, energizing the relays of group 1x2. If the current in the L conductor disappears, for example, due to a break, grounding, or short circuit, all relays of group 1, e.g., 1A, 1B, and 1X, will demagnetize, which will also demagnetize the relays of group 2, e.g., 2A, 2B, and 2X. Demagnetization of relay 2A will connect the subscriber's transmitting circuit 9 to the disconnecting relay 7, as a result of which the subscriber, if transmitting, will continue to receive his own signals. This will notify the subscriber of the line failure, and he will therefore cease transmitting signals. Demagnetization of all relays in group 1 will cause circuit 8 to break and activate the alarm device. Demagnetization of relay 2A closes wire 9, short-circuiting the oscillating circuit 0' A, which is influenced by the subscriber's transmitting circuit 5 in any known manner, thereby preventing the transmission of signals on line L, sent by the subscriber on branch A*. Relays 2B and 2X perform the same functions as relay 2A. From the above it follows that a failure of line L causes the opening of all relays of group /; these in turn notify each subscriber of this, activating the alarm device, and simultaneously short-circuit all transmitting devices. When the transmitting apparatus is stopped due to a short circuit in circuit 9, circuit L is interrupted and an alarm device is activated at the opposite end of the circuit, analogous in structure and operation to that described above. This feature is very useful in the event of a line failure, which manifests itself in the impossibility of transmitting only, resulting, for example, from a failure of the cathode-ray tube of a linear unidirectional amplifier. This circumstance also constitutes one of the means of notifying distant subscribers of a line failure. Fig. 2 shows another variant of the invention, improved and offering greater advantages, which includes a receiving line L1 and a transmitting line L2. Line L1 is coupled to busbars 16 of the receiving circuits; line L2, in turn, is coupled to busbars 15 of the transmitting circuits. More receiving branches are connected to the receiving busbars 16; the drawing shows only branches A and B and the ends of other transmitting circuits. Receiving branch A contains a filter FA, a detector DA, and receiving relay 2. Similar devices are incorporated into another receiving branch. Receiving circuit 6A of branch A is connected to the armature of receiving relay 2. Part of the transmitting circuit is also shown in the drawing. Alarm relays, e.g., 4A and 4B, are connected to the armature and contacts of the receiving relay of each branch. A circuit 9, containing the windings of the alarm relay group 5A and 5B, is connected to the armatures and contacts of all relays of group 4, e.g., 4A and 4B, with one relay 5 corresponding to each receiving branch. Numerous transmitting branches are connected to line section 12 via transmitting rails 15, the connection of which is shown in the drawing. A shorting circuit 14 is connected in parallel to the rails 15 and is closed or opened by means of a tripping unit 24. The operation of the unit 24 depends on the switching unit 25, described in detail below. The device set of this variant of the invention operates as follows. During the proper operation of line L' of the working telegraph network, the working current of the appropriate frequency, transmitted along this network, will keep all the receiving relays of the network branches in the active state, and the armatures of these relays will be in contact with the contacts A F. Under these conditions, the group of alarm relays, e.g., 4A and 4B, will be inactive. It should be noted that the relays of group 4 operate so slowly that they will not be affected by normal incoming signals. However, if line section L breaks, e.g., due to a break, grounding, or short circuit, the loss of operating current will cause all receiving relays to open and their anchors to move to contacts s. The receiving relay anchors then switch on the opposite poles of the electric batteries, and the alarm relays are energized. When, as a result of the line break, all relays in group 4 are energized and their anchors are removed, circuit 9 is closed. Circuit 9 consists of ground, the winding of relay 5A, the anchor and contact of relay 4A, the further winding of relays in group 5, the further anchors and contacts of relays in group 4, conductor 9', the winding of relay 10, the fork contact, battery 11, and earth. Closing this circuit energizes all the relays in group 5, e.g., 5A and 5B. Energized relay 5A disconnects the receiving circuit of branch A from receiving relay 2 and connects it via wire 8A to the armature of the tripping relay (not shown in the drawing). If a subscriber of branch A starts transmitting signals under these conditions, they will receive them back, which will notify them of the line failure. In a similar manner, the other relays of group 5 will connect their receiving circuits to the anchor of the appropriate tripping relay, in order to notify each subscriber of a line failure. The closed circuit 9, by energizing relay 10, will close the following circuit: earth, relay winding 12, contact and anchor of relay 10, wire 17, contacts and anchors of relays 18 and 19, wires 28 and 20, anchor and contact of relay 10 to battery 11 and earth. — 3 — Closing this circuit will activate the alarm bell 13 and the relay 12. The armature of the relay 12 short-circuits the transmitting rails 15 via the wire 14 and prevents the sending of current along the line L2 from the station. As a result, all devices similar to those described and located at distant stations will be activated and will notify each subscriber of the line failure, thereby preventing the operation of the transmitting devices, as already described above in connection with Fig. 1. In order to prevent simultaneous immobilization of the devices at both stations and to automatically restore all devices to normal condition after the line has been repaired, the circuit activating relay 12 is closed by means of switching unit 25 in the following manner: the circuit of relay 12 is closed at contacts 18 and 19 due to the activating of relay 10, as indicated above. Relay 10 also closes the following circuit: battery 11, contact and armature of relay 10, wire 20, winding of thermostatic relay 21, wire 26, contact and armature of relay 22 and ground. As a result, the winding of thermostatic relay 21 heats up, which moves the armatures, and after approximately 40 seconds it closes the circuit comprising ground, armature of relay 21, winding of relay 19, wires 28 and 20, armatures and contact of relay 10 and the battery, simultaneously energizing relay 19. It should be noted that thermostatic relay 21 operates rather slowly and does not return to its normal position until approximately 5 seconds after the circuit activating it has been broken. The energized relay 19 breaks the circuit of relay 12, thereby momentarily allowing current to be sent on line L2. Relay 19 connects battery 11 to ground via the armature and contact of relay 10, wire 20, the armature and contact of relay 19, wire 27 and the winding of relay 22, with simultaneous energization of relay 22, which closes the circuit comprising battery 11, the armature and contact of relay 10, wires 20 and 28, the left armature and contact of relay 22, wire 29, the right contact and armature of relay 18, wires 30 and 27, the winding of relay 22 and ground. As a result, relay 22 will remain energized despite the interruption of the circuits of relays 21 and 19. After approximately 5 seconds, thermostatic relay 21 returns to its normal state, followed by relay 19 de-energizing, which again closes the circuit of relay 12, which interrupts the sending of current to line II. The energized relay 22, in addition to closing the circuit described above, also closes the following circuit: battery 11, the right armature and contact of relay 10, wires 20 and 28, the winding of thermostatic relay 23, the contact and right armature of relay 22, and ground. This heats up the winding of thermostatic relay 23 and after approximately 40 seconds the relay closes its armature and connects battery 11 to ground via the armature and contact of relay 10, wires 20 and 28, the armature and contact of relay 23, wire 31 and the winding of relay 18, simultaneously activating relay 18. The energized relay 18 breaks the circuit of relay 12, as a result of which current is again sent to line L2. At the same time, the right contact of relay 18 breaks the circuit of relay 22 and demagnetizes this relay, which causes the circuit of thermostatic relay 23 to be interrupted. Due to the delayed operation, relay 23 will not return to its normal state before 5 seconds have elapsed. After this time period has elapsed, relay 23 interrupts the circuit of relay 18. As a result, relay 18 is demagnetized, which closes the circuit of relay 12 again and interrupts the current on line L2. The above-described sequence of operations is then repeated. Accordingly, if the line fails and the alarm device is activated, a current flows periodically along the line for approximately 5 seconds at a time, followed by a 40-second break. Once the line is repaired, the alarm device automatically stops, disconnecting the opening and closing units, and the working line returns to normal operation.
