Description

2135 988 Pracownia Poligraficzna UP PRL. Naklad 100 Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a device for tapping a thread in multi-shed looms, consisting of many coats lined up on a common shaft, tapping the threads to the edge of the fabric. the thread, the shield-like finishers, mounted on the drive shaft in the helical line, are shifted to the last angle relative to each other and arranged at equal mutual intervals, enabling the passage of the warp threads forming the shed. These gaps are formed by spacer rings seated between the discs. The discs have protrusions protruding above their circumference, which extend between the warp threads and reflect the thread to the edge of the fabric, each disc having as many protrusions as the number of protrusions equal to the number of threads tapped at one revolution of the shaft, and the thread is each tapped against the edge of the fabric at the same point • The protrusions periodically enter one after the other between the warp threads and come out of them as the shaft continues to rotate, which creates the risk that the protrusions will not enter the same division of the warp threads, or that several warp threads will enter one gap, while adjacent ones may be not be any thread. In this case, when tapping the thread several times, clear stripes of thinning and densified warp threads appear on the fabric. This phenomenon depends on the accuracy with which the equality of the division of the shaft and the flatness is maintained, which in practice, with a very large number of skins along the shaft length, is difficult to achieve. There is also a known device in which the threads of the thread are pressed against the fabric by coats in the form of oblong plates pivoted along the roller, extending the full width of the loom weaving. These plates are arranged next to each other at small regular intervals. There are one or more warp threads between the two adjacent coats, which remain constantly between the coats. The disadvantage of this solution is that it is difficult to keep the warp threads in the same slots and it is possible for the threads to jump from one slit to another, which in each case causes a fault in the fabric. The device according to the invention has a shaft provided with at least two screw grooves in which the sheaths affixing the thread are attached, arranged in such a way that between the adjacent sheaths seated in the same groove there is at least one sheath fixed in the other groove. The sheaths fitted in the successive grooves are shifted with respect to each other by a constant angle and adhere to the other. . The use of tapping coats in the device instead of spacer rings allows to increase the number of thread breaking points, which improves the quality of the fabric and allows for a greater density of the fabric. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the device in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a fragment of the device showing the arrangement of the plates on the shaft, and fig. 3 - a diagram of the device in a top view. The device has a shaft 1 running along the loom, equipped with three screw grooves 2, in which by means of projections 3 fixed there are 4 shields that push the thread to the edge of the fabric. The skins, each with one lug profiling the thread, are fixed side by side to shaft 1. As shown in Fig. 2, skins 4 are arranged so that between two 4 "skins fitted in the same groove and spaced from the the distance a remaining, allowing the passage of the warp threads forming the shed, instead of the spacer ring, two skates 4 '4 are mounted shifted relative to each other by an angle. in each helical line, the scale between the coats is t, while the scale between the adjacent coats is 1/3 t. As a result, with one revolution of shaft 1, the threads 5 are tapped to the edge of the fabric three times, not in one, but in three points bcd corresponding to 1/3 t-scale, which significantly reduces errors in the fabric and allows for a greater density of the fabric. e patent Device for tapping the thread in multi-shed looms consisting of flat tapping coats mounted on a common shaft, characterized by the fact that the shaft (1) is provided with at least two screw grooves (2) in which tapping coats (4) are mounted in such a way that between the adjacent sheaths seated in the same groove there is at least one sheath fixed in the other groove, the sheaths fixed in the successive grooves are shifted relative to each other by a fixed angle (a) and adjoin one another. 135 988 fig.f fig. 2135 988 Printing workshop of the Polish People's Republic.
