Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest przyrzad czujnikowy do pomiaru odchylek prostopadlosci osi otworów zwlaszcza w korpusach obrabiarek.Dotychczas pomiaru odchylek prostopadlosci dokonywano najczesciej przy uzyciu czujnika zegarowego osadzonego na jednym z dwóch trzpieni kontrolnych stalych pasowanych w otworach sprawdzanych osi. Przy otworach o wiekszych srednicach wykorzystywano dodatkowo stale tuleje redukcyjne.Metody pomiaru wykorzystujace stale trzpienie kontrolne (lub stale trzpienie kontrolne i stale tuleje redukcyjne) wykazuja znaczne bledy pomiaru spowodowane pochyleniem trzpieni kontrol¬ nych na skutek luzów pasowan. Przy uzyciu dodatkowo stalych tulei redukcyjnych bledy te ulegaja powiekszeniu.Celem wynalazku jest poprawa dokladnosci pomiaru poprzez zlikwidowanie bledów pochyle¬ nia trzpieni kontrolnych wywolanych luzami pasowan.Istota wynalazku jest zastosowanie tulei rozpreznych dociskanych do pierscieni sprezystych umieszczonych na stalym trzpieniu kontrolnym za pomoca tulei dystansowej i nakretki. Poprawe dokladnosci uzyskano przez ustalanie oprawy obrotowej czujników na koncu jednego z trzpieni wykorzystujac zasade lozyska pneumatycznego i przez zastosowanie kulki umieszczonej w osi trzpienia.Przedmiot wynalazku jest blizej przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, który przedstawia ogólny widok przyrzadu.Przyrzad pomiarowy przedstawia dwa stale trzpienie kontrolne 2 i 3 ustalane w otworach sprawdzanych osi za pomoca tulei rozpreznych 8, 9, 10 i 16, pierscieni sprezystych 11 i 12, tulei dystansowych 13, 14, 15, 17 i nakretek 18, 19 i 20. In the case of larger diameter holes, additionally fixed reduction sleeves were used. Measuring methods using permanent control mandrels (or permanent control mandrels and permanent reduction sleeves) show significant measurement errors due to the inclination of the test mandrels due to fit clearance. When using additionally fixed reduction sleeves, these errors are increased. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the measurement by eliminating errors in the inclination of the control pins caused by the fitting play. The essence of the invention is the use of expansion sleeves pressed against the elastic rings placed on the fixed control pin by means of a spacer and a spacer . Accuracy has been improved by fixing the rotary sensor mount at the end of one of the spindles using the principle of a pneumatic bearing and by using a ball placed in the spindle axis.
