Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest hamulec walka runowego krosna dywanowego. Znany hamulec walka runowego krosna dywanowego zawiera uchwyt w ksztalcie plaskiej sprezyny z osadzonym w niej lozyskiem walka runowego i umiejscowiona na niej ksztaltka gumowa przylegajaca do powierzchni bocznej tarczy oporowej walka runowego. 1 przedstawia hamulec w którym magnes bezposrednio przylega do czola walka runowego, fig. 2 - hamulec w którym magnes do czola walka runowego przylega poprzez przekladke, a fig. 3 - hamulec w którym magnes do czola walka runowego przylega poprzez elementy dystansowe. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe present invention relates to a pile roll brake of a carpet loom. The known pile roll brake of a carpet loom comprises a flat spring handle with a pile roll bearing mounted therein and a rubber block disposed thereon adhering to the side surface of the pile roll abutment disk. The brake designed in such a way does not allow for adjustment of the pressure force of the rubber shape against the surface of the pile roller resistance disk, and thus the frictional moments for many rollers are unique. As a result, this inconvenience leads to substantial differences in stresses in the compartments wound on different pile rolls mounted on the same loom . The differences in stresses result in an increase in waste during production. The brake according to the invention consists of a permanent magnet adhering to the steel face of the pile roller. The magnet sits loosely on the sleeve and is held in place by the hook associated with the handle. There may be a ring-shaped spacer or spacers evenly distributed over the face of the magnet between the magnet and the pile roller face. The spacer or spacers are made of a material with increased friction coefficient and increased abrasion resistance. The magnet has, with respect to the pile roller housing, two degrees of freedom for rotational movements about both mutually perpendicular axes and one degree of freedom for forcible movement in the direction defined by the pile roller axis of rotation. According to the invention, the brake provides self-adjusting of the magnet with respect to the surface of the thrust washer, because there is sufficient play between the outer diameter of the sleeve and the inner diameter of the magnet. An additional advantage of the brake is that the value of the frictional moments in all run fights is the same, i.e. the stresses of the compartments wound on these rolls are the same, which reduces the amount of waste material. Fig. 1 shows a brake in which the magnet rests directly on the pile roll face, Fig. 2 shows a brake in which the magnet rests on the pile roll face through a spacer, and Fig. 3 shows a brake in which the magnet rests on the pile roll face through spacers. The brake contains a permanent magnet 1 in the shape of a ring, which adheres to the front surface of a 2-pile roller through a spacer 3 »Spacer 3 has the shape of a ring 1 is made of a material with an increased friction coefficient • Magnet 1 is mounted loosely on an elastic sleeve 5 1 held by a catch 6 related to the handle 7.
