Roleta. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest roleta zwlaszcza okienna. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajacego sie w ksztalcie i rozmieszczeniu elementów. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 1, na której przedstawiono rolete w postaci rozlozonej, a fotografia Fig. 2 przedstawia rolete w postaci zlozonej. Wzór ma postac rolety zlozonej z rury nawojowej 1 o przekroju okraglym z tasma dwu- stronnie mocujaca 3/ plaskiej belki obciazajacej 2 tasmy usztywniajacej 3, zaslepki belki ob- ciazajacej 4 mechanizmu zwijajacego 5, lancuszka kulkowego 6 z lacznikiem lancuszka 7 i dwóch uchwytów mocujacych 8 w ksztalcie katowników, które maja dwa ramiona: dolne majace ksztalt cienkiego prostopadloscianu z otworami oraz górne ramie majace w zarysie obrys kola o srednicy wiekszej niz srednica rury nawojowej z przewezeniem ku podstawie o szerokosci ramieriia dolnego. Krawedzie uchwytów sa zaokraglone, a plaszczyzna zewnetrzna ma ksztalt sferycznie wypukly. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego.
