Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac sandalów, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, rysunku oraz wlasciwosciach estetycznych powierzchni, nadajaca wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem latek od strony wewnetrznej sandalów, fig. 2przedstawia fotografie pierwszej odmiany sandalów w perspektywie, a fig. 3 fotografie ich odmiany drugiej widzianej w perspektywie. Sandaly wedlug wzoru zdobniczego stanowia spód oraz pasy przeslaniajace jego czesc srodkowa polaczone ze spodem za pomoca pary latek tylnych oraz pary latek przednich. Latki tylne usytuowane od strony wewnetrznej sandalów maja dwie klamry przez otwory w których przechodza wychodzace z latek tylnych, usytuowanych po zewnetrznej stronie sandalów, paski poprzeczne tylne zapinane na rzepy pierwsze. Rzep pierwszy jest umieszczony miedzy powierzchniami paska poprzecznego tylnego, w okolicy lapki tylnej lezacej po zewnetrznej .stronie sandalów. Latki przednie umieszczone od strony wewnetrznej sandalów maja po jednej klamrze, przez otwory w której przechodza paski poprzeczne przednie zapinane na rzepy drugie. Rzep drugi jest umieszczony miedzy powierzchniami paska poprzecznego tylnego, w okolicy lapki tylnej, lezacej po zewnetrznej .stronie sandalów . Paski poprzeczne tylne oraz paski poprzeczne przednie sa polaczone ze soba paskami wzdluznymi. The essence of the design is a new form of sandals, manifested in their shape, line arrangement, drawing, and aesthetic properties of the surface, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 is a view of the sandals' inner side, Fig. 2 presents photographs of the first variety of sandals in perspective, and Fig. 3 photographs of the second variety seen in perspective. According to the ornamental design, the sandals consist of a bottom and straps covering its central part, connected to the bottom by a pair of back and front flaps. The back patches located on the inside of the sandals have two buckles through holes, where the transverse back straps extend from the back patches located on the outside of the sandals, and are fastened with Velcro. The first Velcro is placed between the surfaces of the transverse back strap, near the back leg, located on the outside of the sandals. The front patches located on the inside of the sandals have one buckle each, through holes where the transverse front straps pass, fastened with Velcro. The second Velcro is placed between the surfaces of the transverse back strap, near the back leg, located on the outside of the sandals. The transverse back straps and the transverse front straps are connected by longitudinal straps. In the second variation of the pattern, lighter pads protrude from beneath the surface of the back flaps, front flaps, and longitudinal stripe, creating a sort of border around their edges. PL PL PL
