The cyclohexane oxidation process with air is generally carried out at a temperature of 410-440 K and a pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa. The reactor discharges unreacted liquid oxidation products and cyclohexane, as well as waste gases containing, in addition to nitrogen as the main component, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane hydrocarbons, cyclic hydrocarbons, alcohols, cyclic ketones and aliphatic acids, and small amounts of oxygen. These gases constitute the main waste gas stream of the cyclohexane oxidation process. Moreover, from the liquid products of this process, as a result of the desorption after the distillation of cyclohexane, a smaller stream of gases is discharged, which contain much more of the mentioned organic substances. From industrial installations of cyclohexane oxidation, tens of cubic meters are emitted into the atmosphere gases per hour, and despite the relatively low percentage of pollutants that are harmful to the environment, such as carbon monoxide and organic compounds, the use of high exhaust stacks becomes necessary due to their large amount. This solution prevents the concentration of pollutants in the area of the cyclohexane oxidation plant, but does not reduce emissions. There are known methods of removing pollutants contained in exhaust gases from combustion engines and boilers, e.g. from the German patent description, DOS No. 2,319,516, in which the main pollutants harmful to the environment are: carbon monoxide and methane, in the following amounts: carbon monoxide 3%, methane 0.3%. The mentioned German patent specification also shows that the problem of removing pollutants contained in gases from combustion engines and boilers, and thus relatively easy to oxidize, is a difficult and complex issue. For example, the use of known catalysts such as CoO, Cu2O, Fe2O3 as well as palladium and platinum-containing catalysts in the oxidation of carbon monoxide and methane to products that are environmentally friendly to the environment has not found practical application. German Patent Specification No. 2,319,516 proposes a method of preparing a catalytic mass with the general formula: A2-xBx Ni04, where A stands for: lanthanum, neodymium, praseodymium, samarium or yttrium, and B stands for: calcium, strontium or barium and the use of the thus obtained catalyst for the purification of gases from combustion engines and boilers, with a catalytic activity in the range 159-110 ° C. According to the German patent, catalytic masses cannot be effectively used to remove pollutants from exhaust gases from the cyclohexane oxidation process due to the fact that the content of acidic components in these 134,494,134,494 gases, primarily aliphatic acids. Moreover, as with other known methods, the use of such a catalyst does not ensure an adequate, constant temperature of the reactants at their entrance to the catalyst bed, and more importantly, due to the Qt! And the aggressive overheating. in the iatailiaajofa deposit. The so far effective method of removing pollutants, contained in exhaust gases from the cyclohexane oxidation process, can be explained by the fact that - cyclotholensanol and cyclohexane condense and condense, and none of the known methods , including the method described in German Patent No. 2,319,516, does not prevent these reactions, because the compounds carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons of the methane series, destroyed according to these methods, practically do not condense. As a result of the condensation of alcohols and cyclic ketones, the catalysts are covered with a glassy hard mass, losing practically all activity after a few days. It turned out that gases containing hydrocarbons, alcohols, cyclic ketones can be effectively purified. with the use of pollutants in the oxidation process, even a catalyst as sensitive to deactivation as platinum, if the method being the subject of the invention is used. It turned out that if the gases from the oxidation process are removed from the plant as two separate streams, then one of them, separated during the distillation of cyclohexane from the liquid products of its oxidation, can be cooled to a temperature of 265-295 K, or without cooling, burned in a simple device, and the heat obtained from pollutant combustion can be used to heat up to the temperature of the main reaction the stream of gases to be treated prior to their introduction into the catalyst bed. According to the invention, the gases from the cyclohexane oxidation plant are separated into two streams, one of which is obtained by desorption from the liquid cyclohexane oxidation product, and the other main stream is withdrawn from the cyclohexane oxidation reaction system. The first stream of gases is burnt in the burner without the addition of a flammable medium, with the addition of, for example, methane of up to 10% by volume. This first stream of gases, in the case of a high content of combustible impurities, can be diluted by adding some of the gases to the main gas. up to 500% of the stream; volume in relation to the size of the diluted stream. The flue gases resulting from the combustion in the burner are mixed with the main stream of flue gases and possibly with air, and are then directed to at least one catalyst layer on which the pollutants oxidize. as a result of the partial loss of activity by the catalyst or for other reasons, the minimum temperature cannot be reached to ensure the proper course of the catalytic oxidation of pollutants. In this case, the main exhaust gas stream from the cyclohexane oxidation plant and any air added thereto are divided into several parts. The first of these parts is mixed with the exhaust gases from the burner and directed to the first catalyst layer, and the next with gas-leaving) individual layers of the catalyst before the inlet to the next advanced ones. The number and size of streams are regulated so as to obtain the appropriate operating temperatures of the catalyst in all layers of its deposit. One of the advantages of the present invention is that about 30% of the pollutants in relation to the total entrained with the exhaust gas from the cyclohexane oxidation process are destroyed by non-catalysed combustion, and the exhaust gas heats up the main gas stream directed to the catalytic bed. The method, which is the subject of this invention, ensures low operating costs, as well as low investment outlays for the construction of equipment for its implementation, while ensuring protection of the natural environment and obtaining significant amounts of nitrogen for industrial purposes. devices for carrying out the invention without dividing the main stream of purified gases into parts. Figure 2 shows a diagram of a device for carrying out the invention, dividing the main stream of purified gases into parts, as well as the method of aspirating and compressing air by means of a jet device. The following examples illustrate the course of the process without limiting the method being the subject of the present invention. The invention is based on the composition of the individual streams and the parameters of the process given therein. Example I. The numbering of the streams according to FIG. 1.
