Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest niskocierne tworzywo do wspólpracy w wezlach ciernych, zwla¬ szcza do wspólpracy z anodowa powloka tlenkowa na aluminium i jego stopach.Znane dotychczas tworzywa przeznaczone do wspólpracy z tlenkowa powloka na aluminium i jego stopach byly oparte na bazie poli(czterofluoroetylenu) wykazujac dobre wlasciwosci tribologi- czne. W pewnych mechanizmach na przyklad sprezarkach wymagane sa tworzywa o lepszych wlasciwosciach mechanicznych w warunkach pracy bezsmarowej. Tychcech nie zapewniaja two¬ rzywa niskocierne na bazie poli(czterofluoroetylenu).Wedlug opisu patentowego RFN nr 1 625 639 znane sa równiez kompozyty na bazie poliacetali lub poliamidów, w sklad którego wchodzi w ilosci do 60% PTFE jako modyfikator. Tegorodzaju kompozyt wykazuje lepsze wlasciwosci mechaniczne w tradycyjnych wezlach ciernych. W wezlach, w których wystepuje wpólpraca z anodowa powloka tlenkowa na aluminium i jego stopach, tworzywo wedlug opisu patentowego RFN nr 1 625 639 wykazuje nadmierne zuzycie wynikajace z braku wlasciwej wspólpracy slizgowej z warstwami AI2O3.Celem wynalazku jest stworzenie tworzywa niskociernego o wysokich wlasciwosciach mecha¬ nicznych, zwlaszcza dla skojarzen slizgowych z warstwami tlenków aluminium stosowanych w urzadzeniach pracujacych w trudnych warunkach technicznych. Cel ten udalo sie osiagnac dzieki stosowaniu tworzywa bedacego przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze niskocierne tworzywo do wspólpracy w wezlach ciernych oparte na materiale w postaci zywic termoplastycznych takich jak poliacetyle, poliweglany lub poliamidy, zawiera mieszanine napelniajaca w ilosci do 60% w stosunku do masy zywicy, sklada¬ jaca sie z wlókna weglowego w ilosci od 5% do 40%,poli(czterofluoroetylenu) od 10% do 85% oraz grafit w ilosciach od 0% do 75% w stosunku do mieszaniny napelniajacej. Tworzywo wedlug wynalazku wykazuje bardzo dobre wlasciwosci tribologiczne i moze wspólpracowac z powloka tlenkowa na sucho oraz w obecnosci srodka smarnego. Wprowadzenie wlókna weglowego pod¬ wyzsza odpornosc na zuzycie otrzymanego kompozytu, zmieniajac siedmiokrotnie jego zuzycie masowej stosunku do tworzyw nie zawierajacych wlókna weglowego.2 133 334 Przyklad. The materials known so far intended for cooperation with an oxide coating on aluminum and its alloys were based on poly (tetrafluoroethylene), showing good tribological properties. Some mechanisms, such as compressors, require materials with better mechanical properties under dry running conditions. These materials are not provided by low friction materials based on poly (tetrafluoroethylene). According to the German patent specification No. 1 625 639, composites based on polyacetals or polyamides are also known, including up to 60% PTFE as a modifier. This type of composite shows better mechanical properties in traditional friction nodes. In knots where there is cooperation with an anodic oxide coating on aluminum and its alloys, the material according to the German patent specification No. 1 625 639 shows excessive wear resulting from the lack of proper sliding cooperation with Al2O3 layers. The aim of the invention is to create a low-friction material with high mechanical properties. There are many factors, especially for sliding associations with aluminum oxide layers used in devices operating in difficult technical conditions. This aim was achieved thanks to the use of the material being the subject of the present invention. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the low-friction material for cooperation in the friction knots based on a material in the form of thermoplastic resins, such as polyacetyl, polycarbonate or polyamide, contains a filling mixture of up to 60% based on the weight of the resin, consisting of 5% to 40% carbon fiber, 10% to 85% poly (tetrafluoroethylene) and 0% to 75% graphite based on the filling mixture. The material according to the invention shows very good tribological properties and can work with the oxide coating dry and in the presence of a lubricant. The introduction of carbon fiber increases the wear resistance of the resulting composite, changing its mass consumption by seven times compared to materials not containing carbon fiber.2 133 334 Example.
