Dlugopis Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis o regularnym cylindrycznym ksztalcie zwezajacym sie w dolnej czesci, przy koncówce. W górnej czesci znajduje sie prowadnica mechanizmu uruchamiajacego, która stanowi przewezenie i jest w innym kolo- rze niz pozostale elementy dlugopisu. Dlugopis posiada plaski klips w ksztalcie prostokata wyokraglonego od dolu i z eliptycznym wglebieniem w tej czesci. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, gdzie Fig. 1 przed- stawia dlugopis w widoku z boku, Fig. 2. w widoku z boku na powierzchnie czolowa klip- sa a Fig. 3 jest jego fotografia. Cechy istotne wzoru Wzór przemyslowy wyróznia sie: - prowadnica mechanizmu uruchamiajacego, która stanowi przewezenie i jest w in- nym kolorze niz pozostale elementy dlugopisu, - plaskim klipsem w ksztalcie prostokata wyokraglonego w dolnej czesci, - eliptycznym wglebieniem w dolnej czesci klipsa.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
