Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiony na rysunku układ złącza końcowego płaszcza ochronnego z tworzywa sztucznego do zamontowania na części końcowej płaszcza ochronnego z tworzywa sztucznego, przez który przechodzi co najmniej jeden obiekt podłużny, np. przewód lub inny płaszcz z tworzywa sztucznego o mniejszej średnicy. Układ zawiera obudowę z jednej lub wielu części obudowy ze sztywnego tworzywa sztucznego i ściskalny człon uszczelniający. Obudowa ogranicza otwór rurowy i komorę przyjmującą człon uszczelniający. Korpus członu uszczelniającego jest podzielony i otwór rurowy jest otwarty bocznie, umożliwiając montaż członu uszczelniającego i obudowy wokół obiektu podłużnego, który biegnie z części końcowej płaszcza ochronnego. Obudowa zawiera co najmniej jedną część tworzącą gwint helikalny stykającą się jako pierwsza, która jest przystosowana do tworzenia gwintu helikalnego w części zewnętrznej płaszcza ochronnego z tworzywa sztucznego podczas nakręcania układu złącza na część końcową płaszcza. Płaszcz wchodzi w kontakt ze stykającą się z płaszczem płaszczyzną końcową członu uszczelniającego i, podczas dalszego nakręcania, ściskalny człon uszczelniający zostaje ściśnięty, tym samym uszczelniając się na końcu płaszcza.
