PLThe subject of the industrial design are the sides of the supporting frame of armchairs and sofas, which constitute the components of furniture intended for upholstery. The essence of the industrial design is the three-dimensional shaping of the sides of the supporting frame of armchairs and sofas, ensuring compliance with strength and technological requirements, allowing for easy assembly with other furniture components, creating comfortable and ergonomic conditions of use while simultaneously achieving aesthetic values characteristic of industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, which present individual variants of the industrial design in a frontal view. The numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponds to the numbering of the figures, i.e., the ten figures of the drawings from Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 correspond to the ten variants of the industrial design. The first variant of the sides of the support frame for armchairs and sofas has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it comprises a support frame with a circular frontal shape transitioning into horizontal arms, of which the upper arm transitions from the horizontal-backrest section to an arc-shaped ending directed upward, while the horizontal section of the lower arm terminates with an angular downward inclination, creating a rear foot flat/point contact with the ground. An angular front foot flat/point contact with the ground is connected to the front of the horizontal section of the lower arm, as shown in Fig. 1. The second variant of the sides of the support frame for armchairs and sofas has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it comprises a support frame shaped like the first variant. The distinguishing feature is the connection of the lower horizontal arm to the frame base, the ends of which form angled front and rear feet that flatly/point-contact the ground, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The third variant of the sides of the support frame for armchairs and sofas has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a structure identical to that of the first variant. The distinguishing feature is the ending of the horizontal section of the lower arm with an angular deflection, creating point support for the ground, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. The fourth variant of the sides of the support frame for armchairs and sofas has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a structure identical to that of the second variant. A distinctive feature is the angular shape of the rear foot in the frame base, creating a point-like support for the ground, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4. The fifth variant of the sides of the support frame of the armchairs and sofas has significant industrial design features, characterized by a structure identical to that of the first variant. A distinctive feature is the transition of the upper arm into a horizontal backrest section with a perpendicular linear ending, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. S.
