Naklad 100 egz.Cena 100 zl PL PL PL The subject of the invention is a flow vibrator, especially driven by compressed air or another fluid under pressure. In known vibrators with a free float, air is supplied and discharged through holes in the housing, and the float circulates around these holes or oscillates along them. The air flow in these vibrators is turbulent. When the housing is rotated, the air pressure constantly changes and as a result, it flows out of the vibrator in impulses, which causes considerable noise. The consequence of such air flow is the non-uniform operation of the float as well as energy losses arising either due to the circulation of the float in the housing along the inlet and outlet holes or as a result of damping and impulse air outflow through the vibrator output hole. Another disadvantage of known vibrators is the lack of axial relief of the float, which causes further energy losses resulting from the friction of the side surfaces of the float against the surface of the vibrator covers. The aim of the invention is to develop a design of a flow vibrator that does not has the disadvantages of the vibrators known from the state of the art. The purpose of the invention is achieved by the fact that the flow vibrator, which includes a housing with an oylindrical chamber, closed on both sides with covers, having an inlet channel, in which the second cover has drainage holes arranged around the circumference of the circle, coaxially with the float axis, and the inlet channel is located 1 symmetrically in relation to the covers, with the channel narrowing towards the chamber and after reaching the minimum diameter, it widens, and the geometric axis of the channel is tangent to the circle on which the centers of the drainage holes in the covers are located. The vibrator's float has the form of a ring with dimensions such that the side surfaces of the float cover from 45% to 55% of the drainage holes when the float adheres to the axis on which it is mounted. The subject of the invention is shown in the exemplary embodiment in the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows the flow vibrator in cross-section along its inlet channel, and Fig. 2 - the vibrator from Fig. 1 in cross-section along the line II-II marked in Fig. 1. The flow vibrator consists of a housing 1 containing a cylindrical chamber and the inflow canal la. Both sides of the cylindrical housing chamber 1 are closed by covers 2, in which the axis 3 is mounted coaxially with respect to the cylindrical housing chamber 1. In the covers 2, on a circle coaxial to the cylindrical housing chamber 1, there are a number of drainage holes 2a. The float 4, having the shape of a ring in cross-section, is mounted with appropriate axial play between the covers 2. The surfaces surrounding the vibrator are the inner cylindrical surface of the float 4 and the cylindrical outer surface of the axis 3. When these surfaces come into contact with each other, the cylindrical the outer surface of the float 4 and the cylindrical chamber of the housing 1, there is a radial clearance z, and the geometric axis of the float 4 is shifted in relation to the geometric axis of the cylindrical chamber of the housing 1 with size e. In this position, the float 4 covers approximately half of the total surface of the drainage holes 2a with its side surfaces The inlet channel la is located symmetrically between the covers 2, its geometric axis being approximately tangential to the theoretical cylindrical surface located between the two circles on which the outlet holes 2 are located. The inlet channel la has the usual shape of a flow element for energy conversion. compressed air into kinetic energy. Its continuous narrowing, minimum cross-section and final expansion are selected in such a way that the air flow speed increases continuously*. The operation of the vibrator according to the invention is as follows: compressed air flows into the vibrator in the direction indicated by the arrow "u", with a significant part of its pressure is converted into kinetic energy in the inlet channel. At the exit of the inlet channel la, the air enters the cylindrical casing chamber at high speed and carries with it part of the air from the atmosphere, at the same time the entire mass of air is forced between the cylindrical surface of the casing chamber 1 and the cylindrical outer surface of the float 4* in the space occupied a second energy conversion takes place through the injected air; the dynamic energy of the air generated in the area of expansion of the inlet wedge is converted into pressure energy in the narrowing of the wedge. axis 3, on which it rotates at high speed* The axis of the float 4 rotates around the housing axis at a distance e so that a flow force is created, resulting in sinusoidal vibrations of the vibrator. The drainage holes 2a in the covers perform several functions. Approximately half of these holes are always open and are in contact with the surrounding atmosphere, which makes it possible to relieve the float 4 in the housing 1 so that it can move without much resistance due to the outflow of the used air. The other half of the drainage holes 2a is always covered by the side surfaces of the float 4, so that these side surfaces are connected to the atmosphere through the drainage holes and the float 4 is free from the action of axial forces. The drainage holes 2a located close to the inlet channel allow for entrainment. air from the atmosphere through a stream of air flowing at high speed from this channel. The air, covered with the atmosphere, mixes with the compressed air stream and has a dynamic effect on the float 4*. The large number of drainage holes 2a allows the used air to flow out of the vibrator continuously at a relatively low speed, which significantly eliminates noise. the dynamic conversion of the energy of the compressed air and the characteristic design elements of the vibrator enable the movement of its float in the casing chamber 1 with minimal resistance, and the used air leaves it with only minor noise. The vibrator according to the invention is also characterized by such advantageous features as simple assembly, low manufacturing costs, large frequency range and excitation ball, which enables its wide application. 131 553 3 Patent claims 1.
